I've ordered multiple LaceMade products. They're gorgeous and typically look exactly like the photos. The few times where items arrived with defects, customer service has either offered to replace it or give me a partial refund. Delivery for pre-orders can take some time, but personally the beauty of the dresses have been worth it for me.

I love LaceMade! Shipping times usually take around 2 weeks to get to me, and I know that’s a bit long for most people, but trust me it’s WORTH IT!!! I’ve loved every single dress, corset, accessory and skirt I’ve received! They’re stunning pieces and make you feel like an absolute princess! The quality is good in my opinion too, for the price. My favorite item they have on there are the mystery boxes! It’s such a steal in my opinion. Anything that hasn’t fit me (due to my chest size) I’ll give to my sister and she’s loved all of the corsets I’ve given her!

I recently purchased the Starlight Castle Corset & skirt from Lacemade. I’m very pleased because it arrived earlier than I expected, within 6-8 weeks. As usual the garments are made of exquisite material & beautiful trims & laces. I LOVE corsets with jackets & this set doesn’t disappoint at all. The colors are creamy beige, soft lavender violets & threads of gold metallic. A true corset, this laces up the back, includes a privacy panel too. A15 out of 10! I would love it if Lacemade made many more of these.

The delivery time was super fast—it took 2 weeks when usually any package from Asia to US takes 1-2 months. The dress I ordered was the Dream Harbor Midnight dress and it looked exactly like the photo. Also you can’t tell, but theres a super soft silky layer under the dress so it’s more comfortable than wearing my regular clothes lol. The quality is also way higher than I initially thought because it was only around 90 USD when beautiful dresses like these would go for 300. The most surprising part was the corset, usually they’re uncomfortable for me to wear because it squeezes around the belly/abdomen which makes it hard to breathe but this corset dress is tied around the ribcage area so it’s super breathable! There’s built in breast padding so no need to worry about buying a strapless bra and the support is really nice. Also not important for me specifically but it looks ethereal when you walk because the dress goes flowy and slo-mo. Overall really good deal and I’m so glad I found Lacemade for my prom dress!

Love lacemade! I had my eye on the Crash Landing on You dress for awhile and when I finally bought it, it met my expectations. It’s so beautiful and ethereal in person. Delivered in a timely manner!

Ordered a dress from them. They sent the wrong one. I've emailed them several times about it but they're giving me the "we're forwarding this to the right department" runaround each time. I'm really frustrated with the lack of customer service! Just send me the right dress!

Ordered a mystery box in size Medium. Received 2 dresses and a cardigan, all in size Large cardigan had no tags. When I contacted customer service to inform them of the size error, I was told they couldn't exchange or refund mystery boxes despite sending the wrong size. After providing photos they promised a $10 partial refund in February it is now April and the money has never arrived. Quality of items does not reflect the $100 price tag they market themselves at. Misleading branding, broken promises and poor customer service. Avoid

I have bought several dresses from Lacemade and if you buy the dresses that are made primarily of cotton they're pretty great. The polyester dresses are soso. Sizing may vary ever so slightly. I have two dresses that are the same exact style but one fits significantly tighter and requires help from a second person to zip it up. I did have issues with the invisible zipper for one dress and I ended up having to cut and fix on my own.
Overall I do love the dresses but the customer service is shit. I had written a review for a promotional period and they kept saying that I didn't until the promotional period was over. I kept getting the same automated response. They say they value you as a customer but they just want good reviews to boost their traffic.
I will start looking for dresses elsewhere.

I ordered over 20 different items from Lacemade and never got disappointed. The manufacturing/delivery times might be a bit longer especially for pre-order but everything always arrived. The quality never disappointed either and the clothes are just super pretty!
