Love my new gray cloud laceband. Really comfortable. I only had the band two days when I caught it on something so it pulled out of shape. I got in touch with laceband and they quickly replaced it. Excellent customer service.

These bands are perfect for me! Finally an XS strap that fits my tiny wrists. It goes up to size XL so there are bands to fit all sizes! So nice and SO comfy to wear. Super easy to put on. Will be buying in more colours!

These watchbands are amazing, I hated to wear my apple watch because of the silicone strap, it irritated me so much, these bands have changed that, I have 6 of them up to now in all different colours, this is one of the best products I have bought for its usefulness in my day to day life !

Band stretches
The band stretches quickly (couple of month) to the point where i cannot use it anymore. It constantly slides down over my wrist, and is so loose the watch often think i have taken it off and "locks".

Love my band and their after sales…
Love my band and their after sales service is great! My neighbour received my package but did not tell me so I thought it got misplaced. Even though tracking the shipment it said it was delivered they were willing to send again - wow what a service but luckily in time my neighbour let me know she had it so it didn't need to be resent.

LaceBands is so soft and comfortable to wear for the long hours. Beautiful colors and easy to slip in . Return process is a nightmare
Ordered from Laceband and received a band that was not the same colour as the one pictured. After much back and forth they said I could return the item at my expense even though it was not what I expected. If I have been miss sold an item why should I have to pay to return the item? I’m not the only customer who has had challenges with returns.
