There was NO reference anywhere on their sales pages that their clothing is made in China. The blouse was described as made of breathable linen! Shipping took numerous weeks more than they advertised. The garment is ugly, compared to the advertised photo.

This blouse does not have ANY linen in the fabric. I asked my local fabric store experts and we all three agreed that it's synthetic. I now also wonder if their fabrics are made using toxic chemicals. Refunds are punitive, involving a small discount to get you to buy more garments. Returning the fraudulent item involves paying huge shipping fees to return. I will NEVER buy again from this company! The trouble is how to spot such fraudulent companies in the future.

Didn’t realize this company is in Australia.
Bought a coat as a gift- didn’t fit because the sizing is off .
Tried to return the item but their policy is unheard off - The item was 155 and I got nothing back because I had 15 days to take their 20% refund , this company is a rip off -DO NOT SHOP HERE. !!! Zero stars wasn’t an option but they deserve a negative 10 Stars .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LACCETI. If I can give them ZERO starts , I would. I purchased a denim outfit and then accidentally purchased another thinking I was just getting it at a discounted price. I reached out within 30 minutes of placing the order and asked for the entire order to be canceled . I received NO responses whatsoever. They are a scam and do not respond.

I bought a few things from Lacceti and I had a great experience. I got the Aurelia Lightweight Sweater. The material is soft, the item is well made, and I love the cut of the turtleneck. I got it in a size medium and it fits true to size. I could easily buy more in different colors. I also got the Romena Linen Striped Set and I'm very happy with that set. Everything fits and I get a lot of wear out of everything. Shipping was fast too!

Total scam...items not as pictured on their site...cheap clothes and shoes. Save yourself the time and $, DO NOT ORDER FROM LACCETI...not Italian in anyway!!

I ordered a linen cotton blend set - top with matching pants. Looked fabulous in the photo. Received polyester made set. Given essentially 4 options for return. Keep it we will give you 15% discount. Return it and we will exchange. Keep it and we will give you a 40% store credit and lastly you can ship it back at your expense to us but that shipment will have to go to Turkey and that cost for international shipping may be more than you paid. wow , feeling bamboozled and stuck!
Why would I want to do business with a retailer that misrepresents themselves and why would I not be able to ship back to the US site where the product was shipped from?
I should have checked Reddit first before buying from a SCAM shop.

Lacceti is a SCAM! I purchased a pair of tennis shoes, however, only one shoe was delivered and it was not the same as the one on the website. Lacceti's customer support email contact is unresponsive. The phone number on the website states is is temporarily unavailable.

What I ordered vs. what I received:
I ordered several items expecting decent quality based on the website. What arrived was clearly drop-shipped, Temu-level quality — uncomfortable, poorly fitted, and not as advertised.

Return process (major red flag):
I immediately initiated a return, and instead of providing a return address, the company repeatedly tried to offer me partial refunds/discounts to keep the items. This went on for multiple emails before they finally gave me the return address.

Hidden costs:
I had to pay $50 out of pocket to ship the items back internationally — something that was not made clear upfront.

Refund status:
It’s now been over three weeks since delivery confirmation, and I still have no refund. I’ve followed up multiple times and only get slow or no responses unless I push repeatedly.

• Extremely poor quality (not as advertised)
• Misleading sourcing (appears drop-shipped)
• Difficult return process
• High return shipping cost
• Delayed / missing refund
• Unresponsive customer service

Bottom line:
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Between the quality issues, return obstacles, and lack of refund, this feels like a scam. I will be filing a chargeback.

Recommendation:
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — shop elsewhere.

I wish there were 0 stars bc they don't deserve 1 star. I wish I had also read reviews before ordering. They are awful, simply awful. I ordered 4 things. I didn't receive 1 garment in my shipment. 2 other things fit horribly. And, yes the return policy is non existent on the website, (red flag that I didn't realize), so I can't return the items, I only opted for 10% refund (the best option in my opinion - are the items wearable - not really, but I will wear them since I can't return them. But the item I never got, they have not acknowledged they didn't send it and therefore won't 1) send it or 2) refund me entirely. I have written them every day, taken a pic of my order, sans the sweater I didn't receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a horrible company. It's only a matter of time until they are out of business.

Sigh, I’m thoroughly disappointed. I was completely fooled. I find it interesting they have no return information, so note that. They presently have a “3-4+” day response time (?) I’m not really shocked, it is so glaringly suspect, but I fell for it. The pretty professional looking pictures of clothing. I’m so sad that I was truly looking for pants I could use, and more than likely will never be able to make up for the loss. They of course were lower quality than advertised, tags removed, and smaller than what their sizing chart suggested. The very sad thing is, the belt was real leather but too small! I will file a complaint with my cc company, which is the best I can do at this point. If nothing comes of it oh well. I’ll see if they ever respond to my request for return information. That said, it does not seem likely from the other reviews here.

The product was never received and my credit card was charged! I believe this is a SCAM!

Margaux Long Puffer Coat is poorly made and definitely not sized correctly. Website, email, 800 support line are ALL unresponsive after 2 weeks of repeatedly trying to contact.

I ordered several items from Laccet and I wish that I had read the Trustpilot reviews first. The clothing looked great in the photos but they were totally deceptive.
The clothes were the wrong size and were made with cheap materials. They had no labels in them so I don’t know what I received except to say that it’s garbage.
Fortunately the items were “on sale” so I didn’t waste a lot of money. Moral of the story, before you shop read Trustpilot!

I want to let other consumers know about my experience with Lacceti and their return process.
When I attempted to return an item, the company required that the return be shipped to Australia. This was extremely expensive from the United States.
I followed their instructions and paid for international shipping to the address they provided. However, the package could not be delivered because the business was not available to receive it. The carrier returned the package back to me.
Despite my documented attempt to follow their return policy exactly as instructed, the company has refused to issue a refund.
This process places a significant financial burden on the customer and makes it extremely difficult or impossible to complete a return successfully. Consumers should be aware of the potential costs and risks involved before purchasing from this company.
I recommend that buyers carefully review the return policy and consider whether they are willing to pay high international shipping costs with no guarantee the return will be accepted.

They don’t even deserve one star. This company scammers because I have 3reasons. 1. Very late delivered it takes months to get.
2. I ordered 1 oversize shirt and 2 skirts but I only got 2 items in one small package. One skirt is not included but they changed me and said delivered.
3.very bad quality and it’s only worth less than $6 each.
This is how the prices are $54.99 +54.99+59.99=$169.97 I was very exited to open it and see how disappointed I am would not even take it for free.
Even I have one skirt missing and I don’t care they sent me or not because they are trash. I wish they refund me unsent item but I don’t think they will because this website is scam.

Listen to All of the reviews! Its actually true! This website is a Scam.. I ordered a camel coat a size large. The Large size was small. I requested to return my coat and requested a refund but was inform that it would cost more to return item b/c the company is located in Australia.I requested a larger size and now the website has gone MUTE!!! I ordered a sweater from this company and I just received it. What I received is not what they portrayed in their advertisement. Additionally, it’s not sized properly. There are no labels on it or size labels, but I ordered a 3X so it would be roomy and what I received is so small it would fit my five year-old. it is seriously teeny tiny. Nothing on their website indicates how to return it, it only states that I’ll have to pay the return shipping. I’ve sent them a message through their website. We’ll see if I ever hear back from them.

Do not use this company they make it so difficult to return an item. First they tell you it has to be mailed back to Australia after they push to return only 20% of you purchase price -and then they completely ghost you and you have to keep asking about your return.

The quality is poor and sizing is off! I’m a 5 foot 4 in woman 150lbs and the jacket I ordered in a medium, sleeves don’t reach my wrist and the quality is so cheap!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I didn’t even want to leave a one star! I purchased a sweater for my daughter, she never received it, it was a Christmas present! And I have been emailing this company since before Christmas 2025 and they will not deliver it to my daughter and will not give me a refund! I received their last email today, February 27, 2026 and their response was they will not be sending me a refund. No sweat sweater and no refund!
