I ordered some cups from this store to…
I ordered some cups from this store to the UK. The same cups were €8 elsewhere, but could not be imported to the UK. Casa di Alice sold them for €12 each, but I really wanted them, so I was willing to tolerate this. I then paid £40 GBP as an import fee through fedex, which is exceptionally high for European delivery. I have not had this with any other store, even since Brexit, so this was quite shocking - but as I really wanted the cups, I again accepted this.
Two of the cups arrived scratched and damaged; and I was clearly posted damaged products as they were well packed. Three times I have tried to contact the store for a replacement with photos of the damaged products they have sent me and I have not received any response from the customer service email which they have listed for well over a week.
Please replace the two damaged cups you have sent me. This is not acceptable when I’ve paid such a high cost for this product.
I would not shop here from outside of Italy - customers beware.
