said 3 days delivery its been 2 weeks they are not a uk based company my order has yet to arrive at Heathrow airport, so where is it coming from
no support no email replies have had 11 tracking updates, and still no sign, have called bank and asked to recall payment. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I had to contact my bank for assistance. Luckily I purchased through SHOP. They were very helpful in securing my refund. This online shop should be closed down by trading standards!! They lied about UK based posting. They are an absolute nightmare with outrageous customer service. The only reason they poorly attempted to converse with me was because I initiated Chargeback through my bank and a dispute though Shop payments

I purchased a wall clock advertised as a high-quality minimalist design with metallic/embossed features. The item received was significantly different – the finish appeared to be a low-quality print with no metallic elements, and overall did not match the product images or description.

I contacted the seller within the return period to request a refund. While they initially engaged, they refused to provide a reasonable return option and instead required the item to be shipped to China at my own expense.

The seller then attempted to resolve the issue by offering partial refunds (first 20%, then 50%) rather than accepting a return for a full refund. This approach felt like an attempt to avoid proper resolution rather than address the issue.

Under UK consumer law, items must be as described, and customers should not be expected to cover disproportionate return costs where this is not the case.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would advise others to proceed with caution, particularly regarding product quality and returns.

Awful. Do not be tricked by their beautiful, slick website. They are scammers who advertise luxurious goods but send cheap knock-offs from China. When you request a refund they demand you pay the postage and packaging back to China which is often more than the rubbish they send you is worth. Close this company down.

FRAUDULENT company - do not buy!

I ordered what appeared to be a large, beautiful soft toy for my toddler’s bedroom. It was described as being cotton-filled and the website said it would be sent by Royal Mail within 5-7 working days. I was horrified to see that it was being shipped from China and took over two weeks to arrive. The product was NOT what was pictured on their website - it was tacky and plasticky and would not feel safe for a toddler to play with. A quick search online later and I found exactly the same nasty tatty toy on sale on Amazon for half the price. Subsequently, I have found that the soft toy pictured on their website is actually an IKEA product. The company is completely fraudulent. I was lured in by the high Trust Pilot reviews on their website which are fake. They also have a UK telephone number on their website which led me to believe I was buying from the UK, not China. When I asked for a refund they tried to fob me off with 20% if I kept the item, then 40% when I pressed for a full refund. I would pursue the company for fraud, but believe it exists outside of customer rights, being based in China. Avoid these scammers AT ALL COSTS.

**They are using false Trustpilot claims on their website** The lights we bought were solar and not wired as advertised so useless to us. The most they agreed to refund was 40% of the cost but if I had sent the items back to China at my expense they said they would give me 100% refund, knowing full well the postage cost was more than the full price of the lights! They said, as they provide free postage, they will not pay for return postage no matter what the circumstances. I have pointed out that they are still advertising the product with false information and photos that do not match the product but they don't care.

Absolutely disgusted by the quality and misrepresentation of product. The goods didn't arrive in a timely manner either!
Insulted me by offering a 30% discount if I kept the item then upped this to 50%. They are now refusing to pay for shipping so O can recieve a refund

I bought two thermal lunchboxes and they are absolutely not doing the job they’re supposed to do, which is to keep food warm. I’ve sent them two emails for refund and not heard back. I really discourage anyone to buy anything from them

Complete scam. Ordered a nearly £30 clock and arrived not only broken, but the cheapest crap I've ever seen.
The clock face is a picture card and the hands aren't even attached.

I bought a dish drying rack for £60 believing by the pictures that it would be high quality sturdy product. I was very disappointed to find that it appears to be very flimsy and wasn't at all what I was expecting. I found the exact same product listed on Amazon for £14. This shop appears to be a dishonest dropshipper sending out very cheap Chinese products. Avoid at all costs! The reviews on their website appear to be all fake as they say they have a 5 star rating on trustpilot but when I came here I found that they only have a 1 star rating!! What an absolute shock.

Delivery took longer than expected so I was not going to put 5 stars but the quality is exceptional… blown away! So happy with the results well worth the wait!

Scammers. What can I say...

Please avoid this store. These are resellers and dropshippers who simply send you terrible-quality Chinese items that cost £2–3 on Shein or Temu. They sell them for £39–40.

I bought a horrible entrance matt that looked great in the photos, but what I received was a wrinkled, smelly, shapeless rag made from a completely different material. This is nothing but a scam.

I even found the exact same item on Shein through a Google search. It costs £2-3 there, and I paid over £40 including delivery. The delivery also took more than two weeks — now it’s obvious why.

So guys, if you want to buy low-quality items, you can just go directly to Chinese platforms. There is absolutely no point in overpaying for terrible quality. This store should honestly be shut down because they are simply scammers.

I made my order before having read the reviews which I am so glad I did for had I read the review I probably would not have ordered. My coat came in super quick time and considering this is my first time ordering the fit was perfect normally when I purchase something elsewhere I have to get it altered but this was superb fit, the colour was right and I love it. The only fault I would say is do not advertise as a winter coat it was more suitable for spring and autumn which again suit me as I wanted it for May which is spring as I will be attending a garden party so it will be just right not too heavy. Well done for keeping going especially the the mountain of bad reviews if you had given up then I would not have gotten my coat in the perfect colour and fit that I needed.
