Restocking fee
Customer service answered my inquiry quickly, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I missed the disclosure about a 20% restocking fee after 21 days. I bought my nephew a set of scrubs for Christmas and, given the shipping delays discussed in the news, I ordered early. Silly me. Scrubs did not fit, I paid shipping to and from AND a 20% restocking fee.
