Worst Experience i‘ve ever had!
They offered a fragrance on their website and marked it as shipped, but I never received a tracking number. I sent several emails, none of which were answered.
I then called the store, and a woman told me that it would be shipped on Monday. Well… nothing happened. I called again on Tuesday (one week after i‘ve place my order), only to be told that the fragrance was not available. The person on the phone then simply hung up without any hesitation.
If you expect support in English, you can forget about it. The WhatsApp support only told me that they were unable to help with my issue, and replies—if I received any at all—were extremely sporadic.
Once I involved PayPal, everything suddenly moved very quickly.
Customer service and friendliness clearly seem to be foreign concepts here. Never again!

Very good experience!
Everything went well, the product was very well accommodated and arrived in perfect conditions.

I have lost both the perfume and my money.
I ordered a perfume that never arrived. The tracking on the shop shows it somewhere in Calabria. I contacted the boutique, which replied that the perfume I ordered is in Milan for some customs check that I don't understand, since both the sender and the recipient are in the European Union. I pointed this out to them but they never replied to my email. So I have lost both the perfume and my money.

This is website is a scam. I ordered a 200 EUR perfume on August 20, 2025 and I still haven’t received it as of April 2026! I’ve contacted the store numerous times via WhatsApp and email. They flatly refuse to issue a refund for non-delivery.

I ordered a perfume on January 4, 2026, and I still haven't received it. More than 30 days have passed without any tracking number update. They haven't responded to requests for reshipment or a refund. I do not recommend this store.

Great choice of a lot of different (niche) fragrances, also less known gems such as double dragon. Fast shipping and a nice amount of great samples with the shipment.

Worst store ever
Worst store ever. I got scammed out of 200€ for a perfume that never arrived. No product, no refund, and zero accountability. Their “customer service” is a joke — rude, slow, and basically useless. They just ignore you once they take your money. This isn’t a business, it’s straight-up theft. Avoid at all costs, these people should not be allowed to operate.
No shipping number. Bad service.
I live in Slovenia which is a neighborhood country. Disgraceful.
My WhatsApp messages are left unread for more than a week.
2 months since my order. No solutions from the seller. SCAM.
I had to block my credit card so i can get my money back. Disgraceful.
Shame on all of you working there.
Expect my personal visit this year.

I haven’t received yet my order
I haven’t received yet my order, at this point I don’t know if I will receive anything as is been ordered the 19th of July and I don’t have any update.
This seller is a total fraud, don’t order in here! You will never receive your items or your money back. I lost 78£ for a perfume that was never delivered. They have provided a fake tracking number that doesn’t show anything,
I have been sending email to the contact provided on the website but no answer, same with the what’s app phone number.

La ringraziamo per la sua recensione e ci teniamo a precisare che il suo ordine trattandosi di una spedizione verso il Regno Unito è stata trattenuta in dogana come può autonomamente verifica dal tracking che le è stato fornito in tempi reali.
Per quanto riguarda le sue note negative, come il problema che lei espone riguardante le non risposte su whatsapp ci teniamo a precisare che le abbiamo fornito le risposte dopo massimo mezz'ora.
Ci rammarica sapere che non ha apprezzato i nostri servizi di problem solving e prenderemo la sua delusione come motivo in più per migliorare
Ci auguriamo di riaverla ancora nostra cliente, per poter farla ricredere sui nostri servizi ed attenzione al problem solving visto l'inconveniente avuto.
