Invaluable resource
Having recently moved from the US I was astonished at the chemical acquisition scene in NL where even the most simple every day acid, base, or solvent which you can buy by the barrel at the local hardware store in the US you can't obtain at all here even in small bottles! So many restrictions and requirements for the most simple every day chemical I had no idea how any science is accomplished here. Then after much searching I found Laboratorium Discounter. They provide easy access to chemicals any lab in the world would be using every day. Just when I thought I would have to register a BV just for the sake of buying some simple chemicals I found them. They are easy to order from and offer most chemicals a lab would need with only the legally required restrictions (which is not as near as many as other sites seem to think). They have been a life saver! Just placed another of several orders today.

I ordered some sodium and potassium hydroxide, vitamin c , for soap making. Payment and delivery were fast. No problem at all.
Only negative thing is that I asked multiple times for the COA of differet products and did't recieve anything, I don't now is it so hard for chemical distribitors to find these certificates.

unfortunately this shop cant be relied on. I ordered twice and they managed to mess up my order twice. once the address and once a wrong Item. but the best part is, that when I tried fixing it, they were actually me blaming for it instead of taking any responsibility. after I proved that the mistake was on their end, their emails mysteriously ended. especially the guy handling the customer communictations, Mr, C. Hinrichs is a ridiculously unprofessional and rude guy. So long story short, even though the prices are relatively low, you will end up ordering twice, or not have your equipment delivered in time, so make sure to order elswhere.

Seal of flask broken, won't take it back, no refund
I ordered 500 g of a product and received a flask, which was half full, wrongly labeled as 1 kg, and the seal of the flask was broken. They refuse to take it back and don't want to refund.
Phone is inactive, mail responses cease after you pay, delays, huge delays...
not answering to phone, communication in email is okay but after you pay they cease communication just like a scammers, will be reporting transfer as fraud, i see, if they don't dispatch my order this week

after threats and report to police they responded within one hour with GLS tracking number, if all items are accounted and it safely arrives in croatia, police report will be withdrawn, otherwise, i will not be doing business with such store anymore.
Here is full story:
I placed three orders at the same time from different stores. Two have already arrived and only one order, from this store still hasn’t even been dispatched.
According to their own page, shipping was supposed to happen within 1–3 days from October 1st (day from which order was paid and set in preparing for shipment status), but it’s now a week later. I even waited extra days and contacted them on October 5th, yet received no reply at all.
This experience honestly made me think I’d been scammed and judging by other 1-star reviews, I’m clearly not alone. Trustpilot has even penalized them before for suspicious or fake reviews, so beware of that as well.
Their system clearly allows shipping to Croatia, so the “favor” excuse doesn’t hold up - Director said they did a favor shipping to Croatia which they don't usually do, but their system for placing orders clearly says different. I expected more professionalism, especially from a seller who presents themselves as a scientist, precision and communication matter.
Very disappointed and will not be doing any more business with this Company, nor will recommend it to anyone.
I ordered 3.5 kg of Sulfur, but on GLS Announcement and Tracking it says that package weights 1kg so we will see, maybe another shady attempt. If everything goes well I will correct this review.

John = Ivan, google it up, also name of the site pyrotechnic means nothing if they actually sell things I need and they are actually professional business unlike you.
Look guys, this trustpilot site tells you everything you need to know. Half fake reviews and they even got penalized.

They have omitted part of my order
I am still waiting for the most important part of my August order (Order
107545), which they decided not to include in the package they sent me
in September, claiming that it was out of stock (I have the delivery note confirming the missing part), when I was not warned about this when I placed the order. I had to complain to them about the missing part.
They don't respond to my emails, and I don't know anything about the rest of my order!

Answer to your answer:
Besides an email stating ‘we have received your money, here’s your invoice’, every other company I have done online business with, have send a confirmation email for example saying: ‘your order is ready to be shipped’ or ‘we expect your order to be shipped (or processed) [date]’ or ‘we will process your order within xx days’.
I don’t care if it says ‘expexted delivery 2 weeks with small letters somewhere that I’m not aware of. You write it in a confirmation email that is NOT the invoice.
C.O.M.M.U.N.I.C.A.T.I.O.N.!! Is key.😊
I will change this review as soon as I receive a confirmation email with said information.

Excellent as long as nothing goes wrong…
Most of the time the service is slick. But when there’s a hitch, it’s very hard to get it back on rails. I've been waiting for chemicals and mundane equipment (like a 360 °C thermometer) for like six months, and most of my emails about them have been left unanswered. No offer for refund or whatever. No effort to go the extra mile on their side.
I’m under the impression that they have grown very fast and didn’t really ramp up the organisation to properly handle cases that go astray for some reason.
So, definitely good at 85%, but the remaining 15% can be really a pain to deal with.
[EDIT] One year after this command, and despite communicating all the elements asked for, followed by another mail recently, I still have no news. Every single mail or complain has remained totally unaddressed. It seems they find handier to ghost me than to provide a solution (or a refund)

No answers and package is missing few items
So I can't complain about the shipping time it was here quite quick and well packaged the issue is:
I paid for a glass brown bottle of one item and received instead a plastic bottle.
It's completely missing one item.
Another item is of the wrong grade, got sent food grade when I paid specifically for Ph.eur-USP-BP grade, and of course the item received cost less.
I have asked for COAs of few items and I haven't received one answer back. Ignored completely. I have sent them an email about this issue and I have zero confidence in them answering me at this point.
I'll be charging back my money in the next 24hrs if I don't receive a reply. It's sad that I have to come here to grab their attention when it could be so easy to just reply to one email.
Pity because they have great products but I don't trust them much anymore.
EDIT: Emails were going into the spam on their end. I have been finally be able to speak with the seller and they supposedly sending me a replacements for the wrong items and the missing item.
I'll update again the review when I receive the reshipped order.
EDIT2: bought one more item to be added to the reshipping package. Received today the reshipping package... It's missing 2 items out of 3.
I feel like this is a bad joke.
EDIT3:
After multiple emails and getting treated quite bad for being a customer I did receive everything I paid for except one item that hasn't been replaced. I have stopped asking further question because it's clear they have no interested in maintaining a good business relationship with their clients.
