Best prices on the web, and fantastic service. I got my order in less than 24h, with free delivery.

I bought a few moulds from Labo&Gato. There was a set of four moulds (Patisse brand) that required a three weeks lead time before they are shipped. I assumed that for this reason, the price of the set was cheaper than buying individual moulds, and I ordered 5 sets (20 moulds in total). Unfortunately, these moulds were not made of copper but from aluminum (anodised copper colour). This critical information was missing in the description of the item and I wouldn't have bought them if I knew as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I contacted Labo&Gato to find an agreement (Whether to send them back or get a partial refund), Labo&Gato acknowledged the mould material being aluminum. However, they didn't address my main concern and I was told that the moulds should work "assez bien malgré tout".
Unfortunately it is not worth sending the items back because of the expensive shipping fees (Australia to France).
I believe that the consumers should be aware of the material of these moulds as most of the itme it is the main reason of purchase.

Order lost by ups more than 30 days ago. I contacted customer service repeatedly. They have not resent the order. They have not refunded. I get nonsensical answers. No resolution for over a month. Very disrespectful.

My experience with Labo&Gato is just speechless!!! I am so happy I found them, I was struggling to find the best Cannelés molds and my dream came true when I found Cannelés molds from Labo&Gato! My Cannelés came out perfect on the first time. I am french, I have a business of cannelés in Chicago so this is so perfect for me. Fast delivery, great customer service, great quality of cannelés mold. I highly recommend !!!! I am a happy customer and will buy more and more. Thank you!

I found the service of Labo e Gato to be excellent! I had to email in regards to my original order having gone through incorrectly (it did not insert my country as New Zealand, but as France!) and I was worried that i'd paid for these gorgeous Canele tins, and that they'd go to somewhere in France! I phoned and spoke to a man there, with very good english, thankfully! And he'd already emailed me back (as i'd emailed as soon as I saw the mistake) And today I received my tins in less than 1 week from purchase date! I am so impressed! I ordered 12 copper cannelle molds, they arrived quickly and in great condition. The quality of the molds is excellent. I am very pleased with the quality and the service you provide.

I ordered Caneles copper Molds. Items were shipped very quickly, delivery to Germany took couple of days. Molds are nice and pretty heavy.

Copper Canelé molds from US suppliers are more than twice as expensive, even with the additional US shipping charges Labo & Gato requires. I used Google's Chrome browser to auto translate pages. It seems like canelé are becoming as popular in the US as macarons did a couple of years ago. It might be wise to invest in website in English.
