Superb Day 2 Test procedure
We booked a Day 2 Test a week before travelling abroad and the test packages turned up in 2 days. The test kits themselves were packaged very professionally and the instructions could not have been better or easier to understand. We sent off our samples in the provided Royal Mail 24 hour tracker packages posting them in one of the local Priority Post boxes yesterday. We received our negative results today with a very professional certificate.

Two weeks on and still waiting for my 2 day test kit to arrive. This defeats the object of testing, they should be removed from the government's list To date two weeks after my return flight I have not received a refund, or offer of one.
Complete incompetence
Tests arrived on time. However, I've never test 2 results (it's now day 17). Sent day 5 test and on day 6 received a negative day 8 result with a reference number that wasn't mine.
Day 8 sent my test and on day 9 received my negative day 5 result.
As I had not confidence in these results I had to go to an NHS testing facility.
As with everyone else, phone never answered, call backs never received and emails never replied to. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Overcharged
I purchased day 2 and day 8 tests. My credit card was charged £98, however, the invoices I received were for £85. After 3 emails and numerous calls, they finally replied to me saying that the price changed from £98 to £85 days after I placed the order and that they would amend the invoices to show the amount paid of £98 which makes no sense because as soon as I completed the transaction online, the invoices were generated straight away by their system for the price of £85 and not £98 as I paid which means that at the point I did the purchase they had already changed the price to £85. No system out there issues invoices to customers for a different amount from the amount paid unless of course the price is changed in the invoicing system. If it was a decent Company they would honour the price I was invoiced £85 and refund the amount of £13 difference overpaid. I found them deceitful and certainly I will not use them again let alone recommend them.

Hi I have spent all day ringing there help line and no one answers and you can't leave a message. I have emailed them and last night I requested a call back. Nobody has replied to my emails or phoned me. I can see that they have replied to comments on here, I am hoping they will reply to me so that I can change my rating. Here's hoping!
This company is shocking
This company is shocking. My kit didn’t include a postage return sticker. It took over a day to finally get a response from them despite continually calling. I did not get out of isolation until day 9 which completely defeated the point. Do not use this company

Got day 2 day 8 test kits from them and I sent my day 2 kit on a Monday and it’s now Friday and there is no results. I’ve tried emailing and calling and I actually got through a call which was a miracle but the person cut the line and when I try to call back it keeps saying the famous line of ‘mail box is full’ DO NOT USE them, it’s incredibly disrespectful to not have a number or a way of contact so that your clients can get in contact with you
Poor service - don’t use them
I’ve receive a result for test to release but I’m still waiting for the result of day 2. I tried to call them , to contact on Facebook and Twitter to send various email but nothing. It’s impossible to get in touch with them.
I needed to come back urgently at work but nothing I still need to stay at home and to wait.

Good experience with Fit To Fly RT-PCR Test…
I purchased the Fit To Fly RT-PCR Test Kit. It arrived to my home in 1-2 days. I followed the clear instructions for the swab test and mailed it off with provided postage/envelope in priority postbox before 10:00am. I receieved a confirmation email and text upon the labs receiving my kit by 12:00pm next day and my Fit To Fly certificate by 3:00 via text and email. Very happy with my experience with this. same day test to release test took more than 2 days for the result

actually i used their same day result for test to release for Covid-19 but it was not the same day result and the wasted my time and i had to stay in quarantine more than 5 days even though i paid for the same day test, i called them after 36 hours of my test and they said we can not do anything and same day result is for when we receive the sample which is nonsense so this is my advice , do not buy test to release from them because you have to wait for more 3 to 4 days for their result.

Don't use them. No result for 5th day release test ruined all my plans,no response to e-mails and phon call. Zero respect for customer,fundamental lack of undersanding how important is getting test's result on time.Company like this shoudnt exist in 21 ceuntry.

I got a mail saying my kit has been shipped
Apparently, I picked a wrong delivery option/location for my package hence it couldn't be delivered. After my complaint on here, they reached out to me and we are half way through resolution. Thank you

I ordered a 'day 2' (green country) test; got emails confirming it; received quickly, before I got home; booking code worked on Gov.co.uk passenger locator form. In short, all worked perfectly! I was seriously worried after seeing other reviewers' bad experiences, especially after reading on the email that it was my responsibility to be there when the courier delivered but a) I was abroad and b) there were no further comms about delivery date etc, so I thought maybe I had been scammed. But it was all completely fine.

We are still waiting for my Mum's day 2 Covid test and she's due day 8 test today!
We received a text message from "royal mail" saying that our package hasn't been delivered because we haven't paid the postage fee of £1.99 and a link to follow to make the payment. The envelope is prepaid so no one should pay any further postage! You can't get them on the phone, no reply to emails! Absoloute scam! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!
Test to release
Used them for test to release. They replied quickly to a query I had and the test came the day before I needed to take my test. I got the results 2 days later.

I was genuinely worried having seen all the poor reviews, but I feel I must re-address things based on my and my husbands personal experience. Day 2 & 8 tests arrived for both of us before we arrived in the country (we are expats living overseas but are home for a visit with family and friends). Took the tests yesterday and took them to local post sorting office before noon. Today an email from LabMed Expert around 10am saying they had received our samples. Then an email at 3.05pm today confirming our results were negative. No complaints at all. 5 Star service. It mus be very tough out there. Everyone makes mistakes, but for us they have completely delivered as expected.
