I’ve ordered twice from here, orders are shipped quick but barely any updates on the process.
I’ve tried to contact them twice now regarding getting a receipt for my last order and have had NO response. They haven’t put the order information on my account via the website either (like my first order) and for someone who’s self employed and keeps a regular check on their incomings and outgoings so they aren’t in a flap when doing their tax returns, it’s really really frustrating!
Sort out the way your customers can contact you, and actually respond!
Also sort out how customers can actually access their order history!
