I absolutely loved Mina the coordinator and Rushen the driver, they were both very sweet and accommodating. I do love my teeth right now, they are beautiful and I have no pain. There are a few things that bothered me; one was the lack of communication and time that was wasted sitting in the hotel wondering when you were going to get picked up for an appointment. The other one was the lack of cleanliness in the clinic with the equipment, and the doctor/dental assistant walking in and out of the room over and over, as well as stopping what they are doing to answer their phones. I did not see anyone wash their hands as they came in and out. Lastly, my teeth were not fitted until 8pm the day before I left, you definitely need more than 7 days if you get anxious about things. I was worried they were not going to fit properly, or that I would have to extend the trip. Thank god everything worked out. Some of the complaints may be an American versus Turkish culture thing. Overall I absolutely love my teeth and the price was definitely worth it! Thank you La Bell Clinica and all their staff!

Before choosing La Bella Clinic, I contacted many clinics and honestly had a hard time deciding where to go. It’s not an easy decision, and I wanted to be 100% sure.

The moment I spoke to Mina, everything changed. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. She answered all my questions patiently and never made me feel pressured that gave me real confidence.

When I finally arrived at the clinic and met Dr. Efe Kutlay, I felt completely at home. The professionalism, and the quality of work were truly impressive.

Now I can honestly say I am so happy with my teeth. I feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable every single day. Choosing this clinic was the right decision, and I’m so grateful for the entire team.

La Bella Clinica destroyed my teeth, I was sold composite epoxy bridge crowns which is not what i had requested I went there on December 15 th and landed in the evening and i was taken to the clinic and they started to grind my teeth right away the butcher working there took my old bridge from my top teeth off with a pair of pliers jiggled it in and out the pulled it off i was left 9 days walking around in pain with no temporary crowns so i could only eat broth soup on th e 24th i was taken back to the clinic and had 6 bridges installed which i told them they look horrible and they said for me to go in the morning and they would adjust them i went to the restaurant at the hotel and i couldn't even eat lettuce the bridges moved side to side like a seesaw so i texted them and told them that i do not give them consent to post any of my photos online, so i the morning i go to the clinic and the "dentist" just grinds a little and sends me off to the hotel,By then i lost all trust,On the 26th i had to fly out and on my way to Iceland one of the lower fans broke loose and i started to have a bad taste in my mouth then when i land in Denver i buy a sandwich and on the first bite the top bridge breaks, So i sent the clinic a text requesting my money back and I was told that i have a 5 year warranty , The flight and hotel are on me, with their bad service, I had no choice but seek dental help here in the USA, when i went to the dentist here he noticed the tooth that held the old bridge was infected so he prescribed me antibiotics and i went back a week later the he told me that the bridges were actually floating like coming loose so after consulting with me the only alternative was to remove them so as soon as he starts removing them he tells me these crowns are coming off very fast so he takes a piece of one of the crowns and breaks it with 2 fingers and tells me these are not zirconium, so he sends a sample of the crowns to a lab and the results came back that they were made of some composite epoxy thats when i found out that i was scammed, So i got 26 porcelain crowns and i am very happy with the results here in the USA dentist, As for La Bella Clinica i just threw money down the garbage can, I hope future clients think twice before making the huge mistake that i made going to Turkey for dental work

I traveled to Turkey to get my Hollywood Smile and it was best journey of my life. The workmanship was extraordinary. I’ve never been so happy in my life, love my new teeth they look incredible beautiful. The staff starting with lkram is polite, professional, ethical and kindhearted, the Dentist Efe is the best Dentist I’ve come across, his work is extraordinary Beautiful. His craftsmanship is superb, he is the best in the Hollywood smile and implants. You will never regret having your teeth done by Dr Efe his the best, I’ve I’ve known. and his nurse assistant Ms Nur is just kind, ethical and wonderful. Love the entire team . MINA the liaison for La Bella Clinica was so incredibly accommodating and make sure all of my questions were answered. She was with me the whole time to make sure that my experience was wonderful. World class communication.

The surgeon, Dr. Zeytin had such amazing surgical acumen. Very gentle with such an eye for beauty.
The instructions for pick up were concise and the driver Rushen was even so kind and cheerful.
Overall, an amazing experience and I would do it 1000 times over with La Bella Clinica.

I have been wanting to get a hair transplant and dental treatment from Turkey for a while however have been equally reluctant given the mixed reviews and rumours on the quality of treatment. There is also some negative press flying around in the UK.

However after seeing friends return from this clinic very satisfied I decided to do some further research.

La Bella did not disappoint. The communication and consultation even before arriving was top notch. I dealt directly with Ikram who was great. He is well informed and showed an equally measure of empathy which helped ease my nervousness.

I was picked up at the airport, went to clinic for an initial consultation and started my treatment the very next day.

There are three things that set La Bella from all others:

1. Medical treatment - Being the most important aspect of the trip I was very happy with the professional conduct of the staff for both hair and dental.
2. Quality - Both hair and dental treatments were executed with a relentless focus on quality outcomes. My teeth were sent back to the lab 3-4 times before Effe, my dentist was completely satisfied. If I could take Effe home and have him as our family dentist I would. He’s amazing
3. Culture. From the get go, I felt at home. The Clinic is run like a family business with the owner also engaged throughout. He has created a wonderful environment for his staff to work.

For others thinking about coming to Turkey, of course do your own research however you should consider La Bella. It’s been of great value for me.

I landed and was picked up at the airport I felt I was in the presents of friends when I got to the clinic I was treated with such high regard the the dentist's attention to detail was superb I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and I was overwhelmed with happiness at the final outcome I would recommend and am recommending LaBella Clinic to all my friends

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR TEETH - READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE
My partner went to this clinic in September 2022 to get his teeth done. He had crowns all over. Everything looked perfect at first, service was good but the problem started in December last year.... when he lost half of his teeth!!!
Obviously as first place we have contacted Mina on 16.12, get no response until 20.12 and than again no proper response until 27.12. When she responded we were told that it was just glued (screenshot attached from WhatsApp chat), easy to fix like problem doesn't exist. When we asked if they will fix it she confirmed but she said we have to pay for the flight and the hotel. This means that their "warranty" only covers a bit of glue that's all.
When we get there they never said that this teeth ( for few thousand euros) are only short term and just glued.
Also the quality of the teeth and their work is disgusting!
At some point I have even asked Mina if they can send us the glue and try to get it fixed in here ( dentist in Europe don't like to touch Turkish teeth and saying that they are using bad quality products which does not work with the ones used in Europe) but she never responded!!
They only look after the clients to get paid afterwards not bothered. Be aware before you go to this clinic for your teeth!! if you need any more information please comment or ask a question and I am happy to respond I also have photos from the clinic and how the teeth look like now and I am happy to share . We are very upset now and disappointed!!!
The date when I went there is wrong as Trustpilot only let you go back one year but we have visited in September 2022.

Absolutely amazing, all staff at the clinic were very helpful and understanding as I’m a nervous patient when it comes to dental work. They went above and beyond to ensure I was treated with the upmost care. Mina is the most caring and supportive person I’ve ever met, she loves her job and it shows, I highly recommend this clinic as I am a very happy customer and am grateful to have met these wonderful people.

WOW were do I start incredible experience! Great people starting with Mina to everybody that works with her was nervous about the whole experience but believe me you don’t need to be my teeth look amazing now I can smile with no problem again thank you too everyone there…

After major research, I narrowed my search to fifteen clinics. I had my X-rays and all my notes from my dentist in Florida USA , I asked numerous questions to each clinic. Mina was the only clinic that actually reached out by what’s app phone and from that point on she lead me through all my options , before I had made my decision to go with La Bella I continued researching, when I spoke to Mina I had pages of questions, regarding a multitude that of questions. She never took offense, instead very calmly answered them professionally . When I made my decision, she communicated daily with my appointments, what time I would be picked up by the very professional Rushen. She introduced everyone on the dentistry floor. I have never been treated so kindly, but with the feeling that all throughout the process, I was given a say as to what I wanted and how we were going to proceed. I went home pain free and smiling more than I did ever had.
