The absolute worst!
This is the absolute worst multibillion company I have ever dealt with.
They clearly bought all of the politicians to create laws, requiring tests only through them. And now, they milk everyone for their hard-earned money, while providing no service at all.
Scheduled an appointment online, arrived on time only to be told that I wasn’t in the system and that online appointments don’t work (why do they even offer them then)? I was told to call them over the phone to schedule the appointment. Called and was told that I didn’t need an appointment and that I could just show them an email. Visited 3 different locations and was rejected in all 3 of them. Still no test, still no paperwork for the government.
Atrocious company!
Call your congressman today to petition replacing LabCorp as the only accepted medical facility for government-related tests. LabCorp should be out of business and ASAP!
Avoid LabCorp
They are closing locations leaving other locations absolutely overloaded and they can't keep their computer systems up and running. Standing room only in the waiting room, the poor staff.
Classic corporate enterprises trying to squeeze money from every angle.
Update edit: They are being sued by their employees for multiple reasons, such as work load and underpaying. Many partnerships are disolved with other medical facilities and businesses.

As a retiree I am appalled to admit it
As a retiree I am appalled to admit it. I waited 55 minutes to pick up a specimen container for c- diff after using the express sign in kiosk. I witnessed the sign in desk turn away 7 clients for drug screens and lab work because they were too busy, and only 3 people were in the waiting room. A woman who signed in 40 minutes after me for an appt for lab work at 12:30 was called to the desk prior to me, but she spoke up saying 3 people were here before her why was she called, and then they then called me gave me my 2 specimen bottles and I left. The service center was on Lee blvd in Lehigh Acres Florida. Worst service center I have ever seen. I usually go to one at Walgreens on colonial blvd further away but great service, friendly staff and staff that cares. Lee blvd staff must hate their jobs because they certainly do not care about patients at all, since everyone was told to come back tomorrow or make another appointment elsewhere VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND BAD EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
They created the "No Suprise Billing"…
They created the "No Suprise Billing" act to protect people from companies like Labcorp. I received a simple blood panel and the bill they are trying to make me pay is $1059!!!! for simple blood panel. Never in all my years have i ever seen such a grosss atempt to take advantage of a patient. If you also have this happening, you have the right to refuse the bill with the protection of the "No Surprise Billing Act" DO NOT let them bully you into paying. These people are theives, liars and snakes in the grass. Horrible company.
I'm waiting three weeks for the results.

The worst company I have ever worked…
The worst company I have ever worked with. There are too many dates to list just one. They have lost my lab orders. Once I called to make sure they had lab orders and they couldn't find my info because my record was in CHINESE!!!! I will go out of my way to never use them again.
BE AWARE
BE AWARE! Be very careful with them, they are scammers when it comes to $$. Make sure, to get all your information like order #, test #, requisition #, invoice #. Take a screen shot of your online page with the payment, because they will delete everything withing a week or so, if they know they need to give you a refund. Next thing they will tell you that they can't find any of your payment information. Dispute the charge in your banking account and make sure you take all their names when talking on the phone with them. Ask to speak to the manager. Write an honest review of your bad experience and dishonest practices that they do. Unbelievable!!!!
I have metastatic breast cancer and…
I have metastatic breast cancer and need blood work every week before my chemo. They have lost my labs twice now so no chemo! They are pathetic. I filed a formal complaint with Blue Shield. My life depends on chemo yet they consistently lose the results.
Labcorp 1800 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter
This review is in reference to the Labcorp at 1800 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter. DO NOT GO THERE unless you don't mind encountering rude, condescending technicians, who are clearly incompetent. When I received my bloodwork results, the most important test, for me, was the CRP. Although the doctor had CRP checked off on my script, the technician mistakenly did the test ABOVE IT (Uric Acid).
I messaged my doctor, who also noticed that the CRP was missing from the report. She told me to go back and ask them to conduct the correct test. The technician demonstrated no concern, no apology, nothing for misreading the script. She simply told me that I had to get a new script from my doctor because she could not reuse the script that had already been "partially" completed.
Surveys always ask about the care and concern you encountered at a particular place. At 1800 W. Indiantown Road, there simply is no care or concern for the patient.
I had the test taken correctly at the Labcorp on Jupiter Lakes Blvd. It was a world of difference. The phlebotomist was gracious, caring, and there for her patients. It was worth traveling the extra 4 miles. I highly recommend it.
Labcorp billed Medicare
Labcorp billed Medicare; Medicare denied, appealed, Medicare paid. Labcorp refused to refund the amount Medicare paid. Crooks, DON't go to lapcorp. They also hire out of the country representatives who know nothing and can't answer questions.
I went to lab corp in foot hill ranch…
I went to lab corp in foot hill ranch today
1★ — “I booked a 9:00 AM lab appointment for my 80-year-old mother. When we arrived there was only one staff member on duty who was doing check-in and drawing blood — they were visibly overwhelmed, which caused long delays and mistakes. My mother had to wait standing and the front-desk process was chaotic; we received poor customer service and no proactive communication about the delay. This is unacceptable for care that involves elderly patients. If this business values patient safety and dignity, they need to staff appropriately and train front-line staff to manage vulnerable patients. I will not return unless I’m assured of better staffing and processes.”I never ever back to this location
Every location in the city of Denver
Every location in the city of Denver. Filthy, slow, no accountability. This company is scum and only exists because they are cheap for insurance companies. They are the spirit airlines of bloodwork. Never timely, underpaid staff, no accountability for being terrible. Typical in the USA in 2025
Uninformed/Unorganized/Worst Organizations to Go To
This was by far the worst organization to go to for any type of lab work to be done. Over 34 years in the military and this ranks up there as to how I was treated. I made an appointment of a urinalysis on the LabCorp website. I received 3 confirmations, 2 texts and 1 email, ensuring I would be there. I arrived early and checked in on the phone, just as they said I could. When it came closer to my appointment, I walked inside and waited in line. The lady behind the glass, at the desk, had no clue as to what she was doing. She asked if I was here for a drug screen, which I replied yes. Smugly, she stated, we don't due that on Saturdays, you will need to come back on Monday. And then chose to ignore me after that. Worthless!!!! I drove 45 miles, round trip, in the pouring rain, only for this non-informed woman to tell me they can't take pee in a cup on Saturdays. What kind of organization is this? That is the simplest test there is!!!! They can draw blood but not urine. Also, it is not stated anywhere on your site, or on your office building that urinalysis are not conducted on Saturday. This organization needs to relook at who they hire and the customer service they give and inform patients of the proper procedure so you do not waste my time and it is just as valuable as yours!!!
Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience. Took $600 of my money for four tests, I only got two tests back. It was a self pay purchase, not a physician order. I've been back and forth with their "customer service rep" and they can't come up with a solution. Why in the world they didn't have me redraw the blood to get the test done is beyond me. I've filed a charge back and will never have labcorp draw my blood again. Unacceptable that the customer service person could not see that I purchased these test and come up with a acceptable solution. I'm so disappointed.
I’ve never even heard of or been to…
I’ve never even heard of or been to this clinic. And yet, these people sent me an invoice by text message telling me I owe them money. Either this is a poor attempt at scamming me or someone pretended to be me and visited this clinic.
JENNIE OF LAB CORP ON MARCO ISLAND, FL-BEST!
I have been using LabCorp on Marco Island, Fl (located in Walgreens) for several years when I need blood drawn. Jennie is incredible as she always finds the right place to draw blood on the first try. I have been in to so many places that jab 2 or 3 times and then wind up poking me in the hand which is pretty painful. Jennie is a professional all the way.
Did an annual physical last year
Did an annual physical last year, but was charged for some lab tests. Apparently wrong codes were submitted. But the lab doesn’t want to work with the insurance company to correct the codes.
Mason Location
Phone calls never answered, voicemails never returned, appointments mean nothing. Was not able to get the labs required before my cancer surgery because they had lost them -- AGAIN. Was with them for years because the location was so convenient but the constant trouble and consistent waste of time makes the extra commute to Quest Diagnostics 100% worth it.
