Great service and the hat looks and feels great

Ordered a hoodie and matching sweatpants, they turned up on time but were a bit big, so I returned them, items tracked and delivery to them was verified but was given no refund, no communication at all, used the contact form on their website to ask what was happening, provided the tracking and no response either. They've kept the returned goods and kept the money. Abysmal customer service.

edit: after posting this, and a month after returning the item I have now been given a refund.

I am giving a one star review simply based on customer service. I received my order in a timely manner and the sweatshirt is good quality but I received the wrong size. Two sizes smaller than what I wear so I can’t really wear it. I’ve reached out multiple times and have been ignored. I sent proof of order as well as a picture of the sweatshirt showing the wrong size. It’s a shame they can’t be bothered to correct their mistake.

5 star everytime. Great quality, great fit and delivery quick too. Will continue to buy!

Nice long sleeve items

Bought the oversized tee. Colour, material, quality and fit were all top notch. Quick delivery too. Great value. Fast becoming my favourite independent brand

The delivery was good. I paid for one or two days and it was in my house in two days. The sizes were also correct (I chose M and L), but they didn´t fit like I thought they would. I will try to return at least size L. Nevertheless, great job, keep it up lads.

I still havent got the order. They cancelled my first order apparently because DHL lost it. I told them to process the order again which they did with 2 items less because they were out of stock and gave me a refund. I was told that I will receive the rest within a week but no news yet

Ordered a t shirt last Monday and it makes you choose the 1-3 days shipping as the only option which you have to pay extra for. It is now Tuesday the following week and I still have not received anything. Technically by law it should be refunded as I have paid for a service you advertised but did not provide. Emailed customer support 3 times but nobody replies. Looked into the company a bit more as it seems amateur at best and it turns out it is owned by some guy called Joss Mooney - Instagram influencer starting his own brand to milk his audience. No wonder why they don’t reply! Won’t be ordering from these guys ever again! Shockingly poor service and I’m not expecting much with the quality of your service is this poor!
