Pathetic experience.I ordered 1 month before Eid mine and kids dresses and jewellery from LAAM.And they have cancelled the order just 2 wk before Eid .Its very disappointing when u live overseas and trust these companies to deliver your Eid dresses.

I have placed an order order no. 21402298 and it didn't give me an option to update my delivery address. After trying hard when I placed the order and payment went through, it again chose my old address and I couldn't change it. I also contacted laam customer service but no answer from them. Cancelled my whole order to place a new one again but no one contacted me.

Ordered five suites. The size is not what it’s supposed to be. It has come five times as big. I’ve reached out via email twice on the customer service platform five times no one is getting back to me. One of those do embroidery falling off.

My experience with this clothing brand was very disappointing. I placed an order through their website, but later found out that the website was not properly updated. The product I ordered was actually not available, which led to my order being canceled.

My ordering experience with LAAM was fairly good overall. The ordering process was smooth, and the package was delivered on time. The suits were nicely packed and received as shown online.
However, one of the dresses has a visible stain on it, which is disappointing. I have just submitted a complaint via email regarding the defective piece and hope to receive a prompt response and resolution soon.

I placed an order on 24th February through Laam’s official website. I received the parcel today, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabric. It is not up to the standard shown online.
I have already made an online payment of approximately 29,000 PKR, and for this amount, the quality is very unsatisfactory.
I have also tried contacting your support team several times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and arrange a return and refund as soon as possible. I am very disappointed and expect a quick resolution.

I am very disappointed about the customer service. I ordered from USA and its showing ordered been issued 17 Feb and it is in Lahore from that day to till now 27 Feb. and now I am asking through what's app number as they provided, it is asking every time the order number and details and then no response. this is very first time I ordered , now I feel bad, why i trust pakistani online shopping site. As a Muslim i need to know about pakistani muslim people things. i feel really bad, they took my all money through their site business. now even they are not even replying back. this business should shut down . Disappointed with my experience with LAAM
I placed an order with LAAM and paid £26.83, but my order has still not been delivered. There has been no proper tracking information, and their customer service has not provided any clear update about where my parcel is.
It’s very frustrating to pay for something and be left waiting without communication or support. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely delivery, and responsive customer care — unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I hope LAAM improves their delivery process and customer support, and resolves my issue by either delivering my order or providing a full refund.

I placed an order on 17 February 2026 and paid via credit card. It has now been an entire week, and I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or tracking details. When I attempted to reach out to Customer Service via WhatsApp, I was not provided with further details. I emailed their customer service team, but did not receive a response. It is very frustrating, and I will just go ahead and cancel my order if I don't hear back from a LAAM representative below.

Order #21253904 (Tracking #25004790841857) was placed as Cash on Delivery, but the receiver was asked to pay online with a promise of delivery within 2 hours. The payment was made, but it’s been over 2 hours with no delivery and no response.
Very unprofessional and concerning. I hope this issue is resolved immediately.

I am extremely disappointed with LAAM. I ordered from Italy and specifically chose 'Instant Dispatch' items to avoid any issues, yet my order (#21260353) has still not been dispatched.
The customer support is a total joke. WhatsApp is just a loop of bots, and on the rare occasion a human agent joins the chat, they simply send a generic recorded message and end the conversation immediately. My emails also go completely ignored. It is highly unprofessional to promise instant service and then hide behind automated messages. This has been a completely frustrating experience.

Initially I left a 1-star review because I was concerned about delays and unclear communication regarding my return. The parcel was delivered to the warehouse, reviewed, and the refund was processed successfully via bank transfer.
While the return was ultimately handled properly, I believe communication during the process could be improved to reduce customer anxiety.
