Clothes came see through and so many threads loose, so it’s not wearable, Outfits didn’t look like the photos. On top of that Paid nearly £20 alone for shipping. Asked for a refund and they only agreed to give me less than half. Wouldn’t recommend.

Please read this & trust me when I tell you it’s not worth ordering from them. They are absolutely terrible. Their customer service is just a bot that will continue to feed AI responses, their shipping is god awful, and the quality of clothing that you pay for is absurd. Laughable how much money I spent for what I received and now I can’t return it from the states. Learn from my mistake. Do not order from them. You’re better off ordering from other sites. Now I have to work with my credit card to get a refund.

I ordered many clothes and the quality of fabric is awful.fabric is so thin and no lining attached.even dresses shown in the pics are not the same.first time ordered it from Laam and v disappointed.2 items got cancelled and only one items got refund. I sent them email but not got any response.

I ordered clothes from LAAM (Order #21434596) and the quality of the items I received was extremely disappointing. The fabric and stitching were far below what was shown on their website. The products looked nothing like the advertised images.
I submitted a return request because the quality was unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, the company rejected the request saying the photo was “not sufficient to understand the issue,” which is frankly ridiculous.
If a customer receives a product with poor quality and is unhappy with it, they should not be forced to keep it. This experience has been frustrating and very disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to not even think ordering from this company.
I ordered a few suits for Eid for myself, my sister and my mum. When they arrived, my mum's kurta was way shorter than the size guide says. It was supposed to be 37 inches but it's actually 31.5 inches, it was like a shirt. The trousers was supposed to be plazzo but it was more like a slim sharara. The quality of the fabric was awful, it was very very thin. My suit was also not accurate. The chest measurement was supposed to be 21 inches but it was 19.5. The length was supposed to be 34 inches but it was 31 inches. The trousers was supposed to be a sharara but it was actually a gharara. So the thigh was really fitted and they didn't give that measurement on the size chart. There was an extra suit my mum got and the chest and hip measurements were wrong. The chest was supposed to be 22.5 inches but it was 20 inches. The hip was supposed to be 23 inches but it was 21 inches. We wanted to do a return and refund, the process was really annoying. The WhatsApp chat was seen after hours, it would transfer me to an actual person and it would take hours for them to respond to me. My email wasn't read either. Those 3 suits I wanted a refund on was £84 and I only got £23 back. If they knocked a bit off because of shipping, that would be fine. But £61? That's a massive undercut. Do NOT buy from Laam, they can't be trusted. The stitching was odd on all of them, as if they put pieces together. So I think they must buy the unstitched versions from the brands on their sites and then have them stitched. Which is OK, as long they actually make it like the picture and the right measurements. Just don't buy from here, you don't know what you're actually going to get and the refund is nowhere near compensation for what you paid for. I wish I could upload pictures to show you the difference.
Edit: my order number is 21380034 and my return number is 15415. I only got £23 back when it was worth £84.

Ordered Two times and finally submitting my review . The first order had three dresses, two dresses came in wrong size and third one had MANY oil stains on the shirt. It was a used piece. And none of the dresses looked anything like pictures. They were replicas of outfits shown in the pics. I went on and on about the return and they gave me partial refund after a long battle of many months just to proof that I felt cheated. Many month later i again ordered from Laam. This time i picked up pricier outfits because i felt i last time bought lesser price outfits thats why i was disappointed. So this time, i chose pricier ones. ordered 5 outfits. The dresses look NOTHING like pictures. They are again ugly replicas of the outfits shown in pictures. I emailed them many times and there was zero help from them. They said go to the website and initiate return. But there is no option to start refund. They kept wasting my time apparently! PLEASE do not buy from them. They only sell poor replicas and the pictures u see on their website are of the original products. They do not help if u are disappointed with your purchase .

Laam staff is really unprofessional and not helpful at all. I placed an order for 3 kaftans and all them are small from chest and they want me to take a picture of my measurements and send them. I request you all to not order from Laam as they send replica also wrong sizes. Very very bad customer service

Worst service. Earlier they cancelled 2 items after many days leaving me not able to purchase anything from anyone for eid. Other items they sent in 2 packages . 1 of them delivered and other God knows where is. No update after 8th March. Sent many messages to ask why there is no change/progress in parcel status since then but Laam team is so busy in ignoring customers complaints. Never ever buy from laam especially from outside the Pakistan.

They were supposed to deliver the order within 2 weeks but it’s the 4th week now and I still don’t have any replies from laam or the cheap delivery company that they shipped it from. It was released from customs 14 days back and I see no update since then.
Horrible experience, they have 0 accountability. Don’t trust on its fake quick delivery thingy coz they don’t.

A whole lot of BS. I wanted to get matching dresses for 4 of my sisters, all same item but different colours. First order I placed on the 7th, within 2 hours, they cancelled one item. I contacted them, and the bots don't even reply, just say it doesn't meet the quality check and are cancelled. I didn't want to pay separate shipping for just one item, so I cancelled the entire order and reordered the item, now in a different colour. For 2 days all ok, then I get an email item 1 item shipping, a few hours later I get the rest of them shipped in 2 different packages, the following day I get an email AGAIN 1 item cancelled???, and it's for the same sister as well?? Are you kidding me? I can't even cancel the order since most of it has been shipped. Why can't they contact you if there's an issue with an item? I would have gladly chosen something else? Instead, they ship the rest of the order and cancel only one item? I can't even reorder cuz in wouldn't come in time for EID!! Literally all plans ruined, and an utter garbage of customer service, I don't even think anyone works there, they're lying when they say it's 24/7 service, I get replies 3-4 hours after initial message, and immediately case closed? I even try to contact them on instagram, they offered 50% shipping off on IG, so i use the code the one item and it doesnt work. literally eveyrhting ruined, i curse their cs team man.

My order was collected by the courier from Laam on the 5th March the tracking has not updated since the 7th March it still in Pakistan.
I contacted Skynetworldwide the courier and the said its in Pakistan.
This item will not arrive before Eid because of all the cancelled flights due to the war in Iran.

My order 21408042 is stuck in transit since 6/03 and i was given estimated timeline of delivery of 4/03. The status on tracking doesn’t change. And now i have been told after chasing for 2 days with the stupid bot whtsapp that it will take 10-12 working days to arrive after dispatch. Isn’t that something we should be made aware of before booking or buying shit from your store?

This website is a total scam. Customer service is horrible as already mentioned by a lot of reviewers. My order has been stuck in NewYork since 21st January 2026 awaiting "customs clearance ". I have reached out to Laam customer service 7-8 times now but they are not helpful at all. For all the people in USA, please also report them to the following so they can stop scamming people here:

Received my shalwar kameez order from Laam. On receiving I noticed the finishing of the stitching was not good meaning threads were hanging out. I contacted Laam for a refund. Got a response saying they have refunded $3 and closed the case. What sort pathetic response and customer service is this. I have responded to the them, but needless to say, have been ignored. I have evidence so happy to share screenshots here.
