We was gifted the E20 so I have no proof of purchase. Opened brand new box and removed items to set up. I downloaded the app and installed the batteries in the remote and connected to my WiFi. After leaving it on the charger for a whole day I tried turning it on to operate and nothing happened. I can’t reach customer service, emails are returned and phone number is disconnected. Now we are stuck with a faulty device that doesn’t work and no way to troubleshoot with anyone.
