Not a good 1st experience.
Sorry Kytary, that was not a good experience.
Placed an order on Jan 3rd with Kytary. It shipped on Jan 6th and was delivered on Jan 22nd. Nearly 3 weeks from date of order to delivery. No updates to tracking between Jan 10th and 21st.
By comparison I placed an order with Thomann on Friday Jan 17th, order shipped same day and was also delivered on Jan 22nd with much more frequent tracking updates.

Customer Service is unresponsive, I've never experienced anything like it. Not worth dealing with them in case you encounter a problem or require a refund. They've been ghosting me for weeks, I feel like I've been robbed.

Great gear great price
Best price I could find on internet for Fender Rumble 800. Delivered within a week to Ireland. Unit perfect. I have used Kytary several times and will continue to do so. One issue not with Kytary: GLS courier left my delivery on drive way.

I recently purchased a guitar from this…
I recently purchased a guitar from this online store, and I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.
The guitar looks similar but not as on images so decided to return it. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the store via email and phone 169 941 99 , I have received no response.
Their lack of communication is unacceptable and frustrating. It's clear that they do not value their customers or their satisfaction.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable retailer.

Very light, super protective case
New case arrived in good time. Very happy with product. It's so light! Headed off straight away with it that evening. It's a game changer. Love having 2 straps (strap on old case had broken). Can even cycle with it. Very happy.

Nice piece, but not good value for money
I like this product. It was easy to assemble and does the job it's supposed to do. I'm just not sure it's actually worth €99 for 7 pieces of wood amd a handful of screws.
