Broadband 3 month wait, ASAP Kynex Style

As an existing customer i ordered my Broadband on 11th of February, paid for February and March, no Broadband as of 17th of April. No sign of a solution. Spoke to Shaq, Jack, Noah and finally Abbie. All very nice. Still No Broadband installed, blaming network issues, wrong delivery address. Told them i was cancelling as they have failed to provide service i had paid for or even a router. They are now threatening termination charges for a service not delivered. No timelines for delivery as requested last week. Spoke to Ofcom. Avoid

BEWARE BEWARE

This company and its staff cannot be trusted. They repeatedly fail to deliver on what they promise, and after years of ongoing issues, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off—it’s a pattern.

When you leave a negative review, they attempt to pressure you into taking it down, even offering incentives to do so. That alone should raise serious concerns about how they operate.

I’ve been dealing with problems for the past three years. They are quick to contact you when they want you to sign a new contract, but when it comes to resolving issues or following through on commitments, they fall short every time.

I’m currently trying to obtain my PAC code and was promised an email today—which, unsurprisingly, never arrived.

To make matters worse, they are not regulated by Ofcom, leaving customers with very limited options for recourse.

Avoid this company.
