By far this is the worst experience shopping online that I had I truly believe they are scammers
I bought two tops about 3 weeks ago I received them a week ago and they are very small on me so I requested an online return authorization the first emailed I received from them offering me $12 for the return of course I refused because there return policy stating easy return or exchange then another email followed offering me $15 I emailed back that I want to return the items then offered me $25 and later $50 but at the time I said ok I will exchange they wanted me to send them money so I can pay for the shipping but my purchase shipped free because it is $101 I emailed back demanding return they tell me that I have to ship it to Dubai and I have to pay for it and clearly on their site it said in Los Angeles I emailed back explaining to them what there site stated even I took screen shot and included it in the email then the email me back that the address is Dubai checked the address isn’t even real and I want the return done we are talking about a week of emails back and forth this site are a scammer so I suggest that no one buys from them at all because you are going to lose your money
These emails between the website and myself is been going since the 3rd of January until today
If I am able to put no star I would and I will continue writing reviews so people are aware of the scammer and don’t lose there money

The sweater is lovely and well made. Deliver was difficult with the postal service.

The sweaters I received look exactly like the photos & I have received many compliments.

Was so nervous this company wasn’t legit or the clothes wouldn’t fit/arrive….but omg they did and they are amazing! So very happy & have already received compliments!

Terrible communication, package hasn’t even left the distributor after 6 weeks. Asked for refund and they keep telling me it’s the website hasn’t updated the tracking information.

Everything was okay, but one of the sweater size is lot smaller than what it stated.

Product appears to be in good quality, stylish.

Their return policy states to contact customer service by email to receive a return authorization form prior to return. This experience has been a joke! I’ve emailed them back and forth at least 5 times and they’ve replied with “you can keep the items and we will refund $14”. What! I’ve spent $92 on the items I want to return. They came back with another email stating that they will now refund $28 for the two items. This is more like an online bargaining store.
Although I kept the other items I purchased, I will NEVER buy from this site again. What a ripoff!!
Be aware that you can’t return anything you’ve purchased from them.

Update:
They have now stated that the best they can compensate is $40. Their warehouse is in Dubai and expensive to ship.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It’s not worth the hassle.

Although it took a long time to receive my order, I was pleased with the look and quality of the items I purchased.

I ordered two sweaters which are disappointing. The quality is poor, the sleeves wildly too long and so far no way to return them. Their return policy states that returns must be approved by Customer Service by emailing an address takes you to Trustpilot. I have not been able to find any way to communicate with customer service. Packaging does not include any information regarding returns nor any identifying information about the company name. I'm now seeking assistance from my credit card company. Never again would I trust this company.

It was great but wished it would've come before Xmas....She loves the sweater though!
