Beautiful summer dress!

Nice dress! Good shipping time!

You have beautiful clothing. I would suggest more than one view of the dress, however. My only frustration was that I ordered the same size, but all three dresses did not fit me, there was a big difference and I went by your sizing chart.

I am writing to update my review. The website says easy returns but that is not true. I have been battling for weeks to try to get my clothing returned. I am willing to pay the postage, however, they are not sending me an address where to return the clothing. They are trying to negotiate a discounted refund and for me to keep the clothing. I want a full refund as the clothing just not fit me and I went by their sizing charts and it’s not just by a little bit it’s by a large amount that the clothes don’t fit. It has been an extremely difficult process.!!

My first two orders came in about 4 weeks and I was pleased with the products I received. My third order still hasn't arrived and it's been 2 months. I reached out on 3 separate occasions and have been told that the items are being shipped immediately. And yet I still haven't received them. Very disappointed. I have items in my cart ready to order but will steer clear of them at this point.

My experience has been super. When I ordered my produce I knew that I was going to get a quality product. I’ve never been disappointed. All items were just what I expected in quality and fit perfectly. True to size and colours are as advertised.

The items were packaged well and delivered to my front porch.

I love the dress- great quality material and I love the way it fits.

I requested to exchange a dress for a larger size. I was told I would need to pay an additional $15.00 for the shipping of the new dress. When I said no thank you ( the dress was not worth the additional cost ) I would like to return they advised we don't accept returns and sent me another email that said "You can put our mail in spam" I am going back to Amazon

I just love all the items I've bought from KYCOE. At first I was skeptical because of the amazing prices, but I have been more than pleased. I must have bought at least 8 dresses and five or six tops. I live in the dresses and they are perfect for Florida and the material is perfect for warm weather and casual living.

You should be as embarrassed to sell this cheap quality clothing as I would be to wear it.Straight to the trash.

I just loved the quality of the material, sometimes it only looks good on the website, but not with Kycoe. Also I had to consult the Customer Service and they responded very quickly. Kycoe have such a beautiiful catalogue of clothing, chic at a very good price.

I will surely share this website with my friends, since I'm from Canada we didn't know about the company.

I need to return a garment purchased this week and your website makes it impossible to get an "authorization" for the return. Please please assist me.

I've ordered several items from you in the past and love the quality but the last top i ordered, the color was lighter than the picture

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. It took almost 2 month for the item to arrive and once I received it, there was a hold in the neck. I contacted customer service to return the item that I paid $60 for and they offered me $7 to keep it. Seriously, $7. I said no, I want the full refund. Then they came back with $14 to keep it then $25. I told Them this was unacceptable and they said to send it back, at my expense, and to share tracking with them. They said once they received the item I would Be refunded. I reached Out when tracking said it was there and now they want to charge me AGAIN for shipping that I have already paid for twice. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY.

Lovely selection and so reasonably priced. Some of the jersey fabric is thinner than I like but overall the colors & styles are wonderful. I feel like a little kid in a candy store because much of what I like isn't so spendy.

1. The 3 tops that I purchased LOOKED exactly like the photos. Wonderful. They were all well made.
2. I found Kycoe sizing generous so next time I'd size down.
3. I am disappointed in the material content. There is no material content tags on shirts which is odd. All three were supposed to be 65% Cotton, 35% Elastane. I'm not sure about that. One for sure is 100% synthetic. The other two don't have 65% cotton.
4. I read the comments about long delivery time. It probably took ~2 weeks from China to Portugal. No customs chaos ... hurray.
5. Fun affordable fashion with more synthetic fabric than I would like. You get what you pay for I suppose but don't advertise 65% cotton and not be.

OH M G. Do NOT do business with this company. Sham products. Both tops were NOT the style, material (felt like plastic) or color (very dull) as represented in photos/description. They do not provide a return address or name of company. No receipt, no return label or information in shipping package.

Good quality, looks exactly like the photos.
