Great communication, from start to finish. Made sure to not cut any corners and asked for indepth details of a unique and unusual request. Visually, product came out exactly as expected, definitely would be #1 on my list when I need another custom jacket/ apparel!

I have a softball team that competes in a league in Chicago. This year, I decided to use Kxk for our team’s needs, and they didn’t disappoint. The quality of their products was excellent, and the delivery was prompt and reliable. They also offered competitive pricing, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Kxk to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option for their softball team’s needs.

I give 3 stars for the communication, co-operation and efficiency. I changed the style of my order after i ordered before it went through to be made. And they did as per my request. Communication was everyday until it was made & sent off. Even the mockups they showed me looked great and i was excited. But....What i don't understand is i thought it was jumper material, not wet weather like jacket material. But even so that isnt an issue. My issue is that the stitching of the personalised names i chose to have put on are not stitched in on either side of the jacket. Instead of them choosing to put 3 letters on 1 side and 2 letter on the other they cut the letter and stitched each piece. So when the jacket is done up (which was the only way shown in mock up photos) it looks great but when undone, there is half to a quarter of a cut letter stitched on either side and it looks really silly. So delivery and service is excellent, the quality is even good too. But the standard of design is odd. Why wouldnt you cut a letter in half & also cut the edge of 'T' off, and then stich the rest on the opposite side of the buttons. Why not just put the whole letter on either side. I got 2 jackets made & spent $250 australian dollars for a graduation gift and an 18th present. And im not happy with this poor decision to ruim the standard of its presentation. I either need to pay to have the stitching taken off and re done or i need to source another jacket from somewhere else, but i dont have the money or the time now because the 18th is in 2 weeks. Its quite disappointing. If i gift them as they are, i will have to say 'sorry i know the stitching is so wierd but this is what i got given'. If i had of realised it wasn't just normal jumper material i would have specified that too. Is the puffer jacket material supposed to be the 'warmer' option pick. Otherwise the service was good. But im just dissapointed that an odd decision by 'custom designers' has been made that makes the jackets look done cheaply by someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

Great product...my baseball jersey's are very nice and true to form. After searching around I found some cheaper but, I have no other reqrets.

Incredible fit and craftsmanship.

When ordering a jersey top, I would definitely size up (especially for youth sizes). My grandson wears a youth size 8, and the size youth small (8) was too small (in length and around his torso). Reordered a youth medium (10-12). Hoping it doesn’t swallow him.

But the quality of the jersey with the sewn team name, player name and number was so nice!

Going to be ordering a team set soon!

Sweaters fit way too small. And quality of the sweater isn’t the greatest.

Ordered the hockey hoodie online. They are of terrible quality not at all like how pictured. They are extremely thin and a low finish quality material. I wouldn’t even call these a hoodie. They are a closer to a long sleeve tshirt with a hood.

I am not happy! I ordered a baseball jacket. The tracking says it was oit for delivery for 1 date then the next day it says a delivery exception. I work for the USPS and I know how shipping works.

I emailed them twice with no responses. I want my jacket or send me a refund.

Bad services to not respond. I really needed the jacket to detail it for an event.

Took a while to deliver but worth it. Nice material. Great quality! Would buy from this company again!

Rush delivery is just a way to make this company extra revenue. There is nothing rushed about them and their delivery, no communication that paid for rush order would not be rushed! Email support and get nothing back. This being the only avenue for customers to outreach it needs to be same day responses! The lack of communication is the most frustrating!

I ordered a couple items and designed them the way I desired them to look. KXKSHOP did the embroidery/stitching exactly the way I requested. I appreciated their professionalism and superb customizing skills. Also my merchandise was in my possession on the printed scheduled delivery date.
