Fantastic Service
Ordered a Lost Vape Grus mod from Kwik Vape on the 14th Jan as their price was very competitive indeed. I was then advised that there was an error with their website and the mod was out of stock but they would supply the kit, mod and tank, instead at no additional cost. Fantastic service and the kit was delivered a couple of days later.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kwik Vape at all.

Good customer service, juice wasn’t ideal
Brilliant customer service and Simon was happy to help when we had issues with shipping, however I had initially paid for Royal Mail delivery. It was actually sent with DPD and the parcel got lost so he had to send another out which came very quickly.
I took some advice on some vape juice to try so went ahead and took the suggestion, however, upon arrival it contained mint which I had already explained I wasn’t a fan of at all. So I spent a considerable amount of money on vape juice I’ll probably not end up using.

We opted to send by next day courier due to royal mail strikes at that time, we advised this at the time and came at additional cost to us but we covered it in the hope of a swifter delivery. Unfortunately the couriers decided to send the parcel around the world before it landed with you, we cannot be held liable for that.
Your liquid choices are not 'minty' and do not contain any mint, there may well be a subtle cooling agent but it is not labelled as such and can happen with many liquids but taste is subjective.
We await return if the duplicate package that has arrived, we went to extra lengths to get a second order out even though the other package was not confirmed as lost and are disappointed you felt the need to leave a low rating, whilst we are disappointed with the service of the couriers I do not believe we could have been any fairer at our expense.

When going into the shop the team are always friendly and happy to help. The shop is like a Santa's Grotto of juices and kit and all at great prices.
At times when I can't make it into the shop I use their online service which is speedy and again, has a large assortment of goods.
