I recently booked and went to lanzarote with this company. After a problem with the flights referring booking, the agent I spoke to resolved my issues and myself and my daughter had a stress free, issue free holiday. I would use this company again. I was a little worried about using a company I wasn't familiar with, but holiday was as described. Thank you
Scammers..they advertised
via wowcher. After paying online and called to confirm booking to Antalya they told me I had to pay £1000 more. I refused to pay as I had brought tickets outright. Including flight and hotel. Kwik holidays. They are not accepting wowchers. Why are you selling what you don't have or cannot deliver Reported you to watchdog and rop off Britain..
This needs to stop!.

Please take remove this complaint and review and speak with Wowcher.

Call handler Eric was outstanding. I have not taken the holiday yet, but if it lives up to the quality of service delivered by Eric, I will be very pleased.
He was courteous, informed, helpful and always available. (Seems to work incredibly long hours.)
