Green washing, high priced, low quality products, with very bad service
After what seemed to be great communication and understanding, the moment we paid everything that could go wrong went wrong.
First of all the measurements were wrong, which we already noticed when they sent them to us, but the builders told us that it's ok and they know what to do. They didn't. They built and took down the kitchen three times before agreeing with us that they made a mistake. Then when they finally had the right measurements, they broke the frames during the build, but hid it from us. Luckily our private contractor noticed and told us about it, so they had to rebuild half of the kitchen again. Between every round of building and taking down the kitchen, we barely got any responses, and just the building process took more than 6 months(!).
After they finally managed to finish with the cabinets, they brought us the electric appliances, which of course, some were not what we've ordered but a lower level cheaper ones, and others seemed already used and with scratches (which they told us to contact the manufacturer which obviously said it's Kvik's responsibility). They changed several of them but not others, and just stopped answering after we paid the final payment.
After few weeks, the top plates started moving, and some cabinet doors were not opening well anymore. Needless to say that we've got no response on that.
My only recommendation is to get away from them. Unfortunately, I've just now read the other reviews also from other countries and when they seem to promise a lot, they're just cheap and unreliable. Green washing, high priced, low quality products, with very bad service the moment you're paying them.
If for some reason you decide to work with them, don't pay until they finished the work to 100%.
