I bought a car from KVD, it was such a nice experience. I used my lovely car for a few months and thought that I need much bigger car now. I won auction as a company but they dont finance the car according to loan estimatetion when they came to know that i need for taxi there is nothing written in website that we dont lease to taxi and they charge me mediastion fee which is 9750 kr very bad experience never recommended anyone

I purchased the car based on the technical sheet. But got something different. Informed facility about the engine issues but they ignored it and car has broken after few KM driven.

First time buying a car
First time buying a car. It is really convenient, as I don't have the time to go test drive and look at the small details and flaws for every car. They answered all my questions, super friendly super nice. Car was realistically even better than I expected, half of the remarks I couldn't even find them as they were so small. Overall a really pleasant experience for shopping a car online

Smooth but room for improvement
I appreciated how the process was pretty smooth. However, we did not even get close to the estimated selling price and I felt that you could make it a lot clearer on you website how much you are charging for your service. I felt it was quite expensive.

Documents take a long time to arrive
I purchased a car from kvd.se. While the car itself is great, the time it took to receive the documents was ridiculously long. It took over a month to get the paperwork for the car. They impose strict deadlines on buyers—you must pay for the car within 3 days and remove it from their storage within 10 days. However, there’s no deadline for them to provide the car's documents to the buyer.
