Ordered two dresses to try on for a wedding I have in a few weeks. Estimated delivery wasn’t met, arrived almost 4 weeks after purchase! The dresses were nothing like the pictures and the material was awful so I asked for a refund and sent pictures as they had requested! I heard nothing back and I have contacted them numerous times. £100 down the drain!

Never ever buy from these scammers!!!!

A month and a half later, still no package. Placed my order since the beginning of March and even if a tracking # provided, it's still not updating me on my package. I reached out to Fion Larm so many times and they have stated "In general, our regular processing times on all orders are 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 8-16 business days. However, there may be delays with customs or unforeseen situations but that should be the usual time frame." over and over again.

In the emails I've sent numerous times, I always put down my order number. The one email they responded, they noted a different order #. Which means, they copy and paste their emails to every customer and send them the same message.

They don't care about their customers. Please do not waste your time on this website.

I ordered two dresses at 28th of February, it said it would arrive by March 7th. It is now March 18th and my package is still being "processed", it has not even been send to my country yet. I have mailed this company many times asking for further information but when they replied, they were very vague and did not help me whatsoever. I mailed them about wanting to cancel my order but they again did not help me and said it was not possible. Probably have been scammed. Will not stop trying to get my money back. If anyone knows how to, please reply.

SCAM! The dress I received was NOTHING like the photos. Terrible quality and when I emailed requesting a shipping address I was told I would have to cover the cost of shipping, I said I didn’t care I just wanted a refund and was ignored from that point on.

Scam ! My package never arrived and they only emailed once and I never heard back again .

I bought Rejuv SKN+ for my gf and mom for Christmas and they Love it. Thank you Jannica and Ressan for helping me with my special request to wrap my order up as a gift.

I bought the Rejuv SKN+ Glazed Booster Pro and this device was amazing! They said I would receive it in 5 days but it took 6 days actually. I can't wait for their new releases.

Same as all the other reviews. Complete scam company sending clothes that are clearly not of the images and then no way to send back.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a tracksuit and the quality was of very poor quality. They said they would give me a full refund but never acted upon it when I sent it back. The tracksuit was £70 and the address to send the goods recorded delivery had to be returned to China which cost me an additional £28. It looks like they have blocked me on Facebook, and they have not responded to any of my emails.

As said with the reviews below. Got suckered into thinking I was buying a Lacoste linen shirt. What I actually got was a laughable fake Lacoste shirt. Made from some synthetic fabric with enormous school-project standard stitching. Honestly the most hideous clothing you can imagine. Currently no way to return these items, it’s an absolute scam. Please do not order from this company.

Rubbish, substandard quality, they offer a return policy but no one answers your emails to get a return address, do t pay via Google pay as you will not your money back as they don't investigate any claims. I would avoid at all costs,
They have replied once to an email then it just gets rejected from their email server, & you only get 14 days to return it...cheap nasty items not worthy of the price you pay..please please shop elsewhere

Shocking, complete rip off... Wants reporting pathetic copies... Fuming....

Poor quality do not look anything like the picture. Had I known it was shipped from China I would not have ordered as their sizes (although saying XL) never fit me.
I have asked for a return address to send the products back for a refund and they have stopped responding.

They are simply dishonest, the item shown online is not the one they send to me,poor quality.
They never respond to all emails sent.
They have to be avoided…..
They are scammer….Don’t buy anything with them….

Don’t waste your money. Purchase Marcus track suit, product quality low to say the least and the track pants pockets had holes in it. Can’t even get a refund!

Scam! The item shiped as low quantity as possible. no refund even though they promised to do it easy.
