Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
After checking your order, it appears that unfortunately the exact model of your vehicle (which differs from the European standard) was not specified when the order was placed. This information is essential for us to adapt our templates correctly, and its absence explains the errors found in the first batches produced.
Despite this, our customer service department has produced new headlights. We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations and remain available for any further clarification.
Best regards,
The Kutvek Kit Graphik team

As expected, but the carrier was not that good
As expected,
The product has a quite good built. Cutting edges already prepared to only stick to the motorcycle.
Only issue was that my address has been, I wonder, "translated" and so the carrier, Chronopost, was not able to deliver it. And no information was provided from chornopost. You need to check by yourself.
Kutvek has nothing to do with this unfortunes, but it might help to decide which carrier use next times.
best regards

I do not recommend Kutvek
I specifically searched for a Canadian company for my graphics. I had no idea that the Canadian company closed and Kutvek never informed me. Communication was delayed, the website was not nearly as friendly or easy to use as many other competitors in the same market. My order took over a week and half to finally ship and that was without any customization. Now I have to pay customs duties for something I thought was coming from Canada. I have since ordered from a 2nd company and its been a totally different experience. I do not recommend Kutvek, shop around, there are many good companies out there, with much faster response time and don't hide where they are located so you know ahead of time.

Reply from Kutvek Kit Graphik
Hello Steve,
We're sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations. We would like to clarify that our Canadian branch has recently closed, and we are currently producing from our company in France. This information, as well as the mention of customs charges, is clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Regarding lead times, your order was placed on February 3, the artwork validated on the 5th, put into production on the 6th and 7th, shipped on February 10, and you mailed your feedback on February 12. We always do our utmost to ensure rapid processing, but your question about plastics required a check by our customer service department, which added a slight delay. With a large number of orders to manage, we strive to ensure personalized follow-up while maintaining quality service.
We are also in the process of updating our Google listing to correctly reflect our current situation, but this process takes time as Google does not hide the Canadian address despite our multiple queries.
We regret that your experience was unsatisfactory and remain at your disposal for any questions or clarifications.
