9 months later — no product, no refund, silent refund failures
Order #119537 placed Aug 19, 2025 for a Custom Old Fashioned IWB, total $153.69. Quoted 9 to 12 weeks.
Jan 10, 2026 (week 21): Asked for status. Told "very behind, ~4 more weeks."
Mar 16, 2026 (week 30): Requested cancellation. Reply said the holster was "in the packaging area ready to go out today." It was not shipped.
Mar 30: Was told they were still fulfilling orders from August and September.
Apr 4: Was told the refund was "fully refunded" to my card.
May 24: No refund had ever arrived.
May 25: Was told the refund had been silently failing for nearly two months with no notification to me.
Every concrete claim — "ready to ship today," "fully refunded" — turned out not to be true. Communication was always polite when I initiated, but no proactive updates on either the delay or the failed refund. After 9 months I have no product and no money back. Buy from the in-stock page or buy elsewhere.
