they don't deserve 1 star.....it's one of teh worst saler ....I ordered something and send my other product. Don't answer an email to return the product. At this number , nobody answer. I inntend to return the product and my money back in may Konto. I return an answer to the mail ....and the mail don't exist any more.

Ordered a cellphone holder with fast charge for the car and was sent a phone holder with no charger you could purchase at the dollar store. The company has very deceptive business practices to say the least, if you look you will see I am not the first person to encounter this issue with the business.
WARNING! This store is a clone of other stores they have used to scam people (ursmart.store and xz-blue dot com). The scam is that you buy a phone holder with wireless charger and sensor, but they send a plastic holder (no sensor, no charger).
If you are a victim of this scam, open a dispute in PayPal (you have buyer protection) and demand a refund. Ignore their offers to give you partial refunds. Return the items to the address they provide and take photos of the return package and postage receipt. Send a request to Paypal for them to cover the return shipping costs (search 'paypal return refund activate').
The worst thing you can do is let these people keep your money.
