Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.
If you pay in crypto they do not refund because of this reason and only offer credits on their medieval platform.
It`s not like they dont receive fiat from the exchange when you pay.
Also their support is terrible. 5-6hrs if you open a High priority ticket.
STAY AWAY

Later update : just to see how devious their support is. I have 2 opened tickets, one with a open discussion about their refunding in crypto which IS NOT in their TOS. Guess what they did after my review here : Close the tickets, deleted my server. This tells everything about their servise, so as i said : STAY AWAY !

Please read the TOS and Refund Policy you agree to when registering or ordering the service. We clearly said we're happy to refund in account credit but we cannot pay back on Crypto as our system doesn't allow us to.

RE your support query, we cannot reply or entertain same question again and again, which we have clearly said multiple times that it is not possible.

Be Careful Guys

Be Careful Guys, its Horrible company.
Very small team of Marketing just selling very very low quality services. Support is almost non existence.
After many tickets, My VPS server 2 Day is Down And they sayCan't fix That!!! SCAM!!

Very good service and support

I've tested Kuroit service today and overall I was very happy about their support and facilities. I asked for a refund because my game server is not working very good with their network, I guess because of the routing with steam, but I was honored to meet very nice people, willing to help and answer any question.
Maybe Kuroit is not good for Quake Live, a game that most of the planet didn't heard about, but for sure it's good for everything else, like webhosting and so on. They offer a lot of CPU power at a very low price, a lot of NVMe SSD storage at very low price, also a lot of RAM and let's not forget about the 10Gbps bandwidth and 1Tbps DDoS protection by Path.

Many thanks to Manish which helped me a lot and helped me very fast with adding a custom iso image. Yes, you can provide them the link to iso image, let's say if you want an old Ubuntu 16.04 and they still can make it available for you. You will have the option to attach the iso and boot from it and do a normal install.

Things that Kuroit can improve:
1. Adding a DHCP server so guys who install the custom image can take the IP settings automatically without having to configure manually.
2. Adding a Firewall in control panel, although they have this option hidden, I mean you can request the firewall rules by ticket or discord and they can help. (By the way, nice discord channel, good to get quickly in touch)
3. Adding the option to upload custom image also by the user himself/herself.
4. Adding more options for Ubuntu at least (this is what I use), not only the minimal version, also the standard.
5. Adding Pay-As-You-Go option and immediate Terminate/Delete of the server.

Overall the service is great. Many options are already there, like statistics with graphs, you can see the load on cpu/memory/network, Network settings, VNC access, VNC console, Server power control like boot, shutdown, restart, poweroff and very important, they have the option to rebuild the server as many times you need without losing the IP address which is a great and very important thing, some big providers don't have that.

Their service is excellent. Very fast response support team and the servers are very stable. If anyone is looking for best support, I'm recommend Kuroit service.

Excellent NVme VPS

Excellent NVme VPS. Use the London, Tampa, Phoenix and Singapore locations so far. Latency, Jitter is excellent.
Customer support is quick to respond, and they are all over social media
