I bought a blender from their online store. I was able to request priority handling (nice!). When I received it, I had a problem with blender motor. After a quick call to them, they sent me a new motor and a pre-paid label to send them the original motor back to them. I consider that 5-star service and support.
I bought a Vita Leo juicer and it was delivered in one day. It also came with a full free sample of new bio dishwash soap for the kitchen. I was very happy to receive it. I also appreciate the extra recipe book that came with the juicer.
