Very fast processing time! My customized acrylic laser-cut parts from dxf files were completed in just one working day. The price is fair – not the cheapest, but absolutely justified considering the speed. A small suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the minimum size for acrylic laser-cut parts could be reduced (maybe to around 30mm like other platforms). Highly recommended!

I ordered a polycarbonate sheet with a complex shape via DXF upload.
The delivery was very fast, the packaging excellent, and the cutting incredibly clean.

The part fits precisely, and the edges were neither discolored nor scorched by the laser.
The sheet was covered with protective film on both sides.
