Website Test Version Mix-Up
I placed two orders from this company on 5 July, 2025: 104304 and 104305. On 21 July, having heard nothing more, I emailed them asking for a shipping date. Receiving no reply after a couple of days, I reached out to them via the contact form on their website. They did not respond to that, either. After seeing my review on TrustPilot, they looked into the problem and informed me I'd placed my order on an old website that was accessible unintentionally. My order never reached them. They offered me a 20% discount on a new order.

Phenomenal
The Kuksa is amazing quality. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I will be sure to take great care of it. My only criticism is during the shipping process to the US, the US tracking number was unavailable until I asked for it. It would have been nice to have that information provided as soon as it was available. But customer service was very friendly and helpful.
