scam , be very carful.
do not buy.

almost impossible to reach out to them and very slow on responding, when they do they say they dont have the authority to help.

Order No. KUK00031854-WHEN PRESSING THE BUY it took me to a link to pay which i did and than i recived an odd email from someone that looks like it is not genuine -try to contact for hours with no luck and than i got a reply that it is not in your authority to help.

i appreciate the offer but all i want now is my money back, when looking at google there are about 3 different site

if you are the genuine one you have responsibility to make sure that your customers are not being scamed -people are working hard for their money and most of them buying it as presents for their kids etc -how do you think they feel when they understand that this was a scam and that their kid will not get the present he was wishing for ????
even if you are the legit one the responsibility of the above is on you.

The Scooters are great, good quality, fun to ride with. There have been some small warranty actions on our scooters, the help and support from Kukirin are a very nice experience. They send spareparts/replace parts without hesitation. Overall nice scooters and great warrantysupport when somethings unfortunately break down, as it happenends sometimes with all brands.

100% recommend this company. Brilliant deals and customer service (Kitty) was amazing. So helping and even went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She even followed up to make sure we recieved our delivery and everything was as promised. She is the GOAT of customer service.

Had the scooter for a week E01 and E03 code came on got inn touch with them directly and they wasn’t helpful at all saying I must take it apart my self and they will send the right part or parts even tho I’m not mechanical minded and l have learning difficulties so I’ve had too take it too a technical person too fix it at £160 not happy it’s a common fault on the G2 pro it was purchased may this year so please beware of this company I will never purchase from here again.

Again i am getting no where i paid over 400 pound for this scooter its not even a 2 month old every purchse should have a 12 month gaurntee

I am very happy with my KuKirin G4 It is powerful fast and fun to ride,the suspension is very good. The build quality feels solid. for the price it is a really good scooter

I had a problem with my battery, but KuKirin customer service was very helpful and handled the situation professionally. It took a little time to arrange everything, but they listened to my concerns and are sending me a replacement battery this Monday. SCAM! Delivered the scooter 5 days late! been waiting 3 weeks on failed collection of scooter! They send courier when your not on , when u have taken a day off courier doesn’t arrive!
