Go direct to the take away

We ordered an Indian take away at 18.20 for delivery between 19.15-19.30. When I chased at 19.45 I was advised that the restaurant had cancelled. I was not contacted in the meantime and advised of this. Do not use these guys - book direct with the take away.

Corona virus

So disappointed ordered food to be delivered for 7 o'clock and received it at a quarter to six. We ordered it from here as it was stated we could be contact less as we were in isolation. To make it worse we were charged delivery and 50p for using a card. Delivery driver was apologetic but as we weren't prepared for our food we couldn't enjoy it

Awful

First time ordering we use to buy from…

First time ordering we use to buy from pizza hut but they have gone down hill so we thought we would try some where else. that's when we came across the olive tree we ordered online they gave use a time and they was here within the time limit the food is amazing nice and fresh and tasty will be ordering again.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!

Ordered online to be told delivery would be an hour. After an hour and half tried to contact restaurant direct but no answer so called kukd customer service to explain they tried to contact restaurant direct and still couldn't get an answer so requested that they cancel the order. By this time it was over 2 hours since ordering and gone 10pm when my partner had to be up for work at 3am so not even enough time to order something else or cook something so had to go without food and it was Valentine's Day so yes thanks a lot between kukd and Myas our evening was totally ruined. I then phoned my bank to stop the card transaction but banks can only stop the pending if not cancelled by company transaction can still go through. When checked my online banking 2 days later to discover the money had been taken so called customer services again. They asked if I wanted my order cancelled I politely stated it would be a good idea being as it was ordered 41 hours ago still hadn't arrived and was already cancelled 39 hours previously. I have now got to wait 3-5 working days for a refund which I am not confident I am going to receive. If you read the other reviews they are all pretty similar. So my advice is do not use this company if you tend not to use cash like us ring the restaurant direct as most will take card payments over the phone now.

Awful..

Awful... Don't use... Ordered a pizza online, from a company based just ten minutes away from our house. Ordered via the Kukd App. Two hours later still not arrived (despite 3 calls to the pizza company asking where our order was) ... I then complained and demanded a refund. I also found out the pizza company has a food hygiene rating of 1 out of 5. Disgusting.

Dodgy company DO NOT USE JUST ORDER DIRECT

Ordered from a local Indian restaurant, waited an hour and half so called the restaurant, they had no record of the order. They said Kukd should have called me to let me know they no longer work with them. I called Kukd and they claimed to have emailed and called me several times to let me know the ordered was cancelled. I had no missed calls and no emails. They then said I will have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. I have had a similar experience with Pizza Hut and never got my money back so I have raised the issue via PayPal as Kukd seems like a dodgy company. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE JUST CALL THE RESTAURANT AND PAY BY CASH.

I used then for the first time last…

I used then for the first time last night as they take Paypal.
I didnt have any problems at all and they didnt seem as expensive as just eat.
I particulary like that you can buy a child in bangladesh a meal for 50p as a add on and that they dont rip you off as much as just eat.
I would have given 5 stars except the choice of restaurants is limited at the moment.
I would use again

Kukd.com as company represent eatery not them self like just eat or other companies. So it's good. You will know eatery not a big company. There new website is really good. Easy to use. Users friendly. I don't understand why people make bad comments .guys if you have any issues with any person please sort it out in personally .so please don't blame a company. I think guys no one make a company like kukd.com so why you jealous. They don't charge you anything extra. So please don't blame.

Disgusting service do not use

Disgusting advertise that you can have food take your money and 5 mins later phone and tell you aload a rubbish about who you order with advertise there open are actually closed so we're goin to hold your money for 2-4 then 3-5 days couldn't quiet make there minds up never order form these guys haven't got a clue about customer service or what is actually going on there end surely there should be some sort of system there money grabbing merchants should be penalised for false advertising one very angry customer and I hope people take this review seriously

What a'waste of time these people are they won't help you with nothing ordered a meal not delivered but still took my money and when phoned to sort it out I was told it will take 3 days for a refund what a joke of a company

Utterly Hopeless

Utterly Hopeless. Everytime we order via Kukd there is a problem. Wrong orders, wrong delivery times etc. We end up having to compound to the restaurant.
I’m not sure why restaurants use this service, it cannot be good for their reputations

I seriously don't know why there are so…

I seriously don't know why there are so many bad reviews. At first when I bought I never read the reviews, after ordering I read them and thought I had been scammed. The food arrived in perfect condition and arrived on time.
Highly recommended, not sure why there are bad reviews.

Buried deep in several pages of terms…

Buried deep in several pages of terms and conditions Kukd have a notice that essentially states if you have any sort of problem with the goods or services you order through them it’s tough, it’s a problem you have to sort out with the restaurant. Essentially, they take no responsibility for the quality of service they sell.

My experience is similar to others but with a twist. I ordered a curry online, it arrived almost an hour late, it was cold and inedible, certainly not what I expected from the restaurant it was ordered from. But that’s the twist, the order didn’t come from the restaurant it was ordered from, on the confirmation email was a restaurant contact number for a restaurant about 10 miles away, well known for the poor quality of their food but also heavily promoted on the Kukd website, top of the listings despite the large distance from my postcode, and a simple call confirmed they had delivered the food not the restaurant I thought I had purchased it from.

I would call this fraud or at minimum deliberate misrepresentation by Kukd, customer services told me to sort it out myself, I certainly wouldn’t use them ever again, you have no idea where the food you order is actually coming from.
