I was looking forward to receiving this, but it has not turned up and to top it off you don’t reply to an email.

You gave me a tracking number and said order on its way, again to top it off have received two emails to ask how did we go? I haven’t received it! In fact Australia post said there are no tracking details due to the fact you haven’t dropped it off to be processed! Was hoping this was incorrect, but you haven’t contacted me back to clarify, so I can only go off the facts I have.

Understand Covid-19 has caused delays but I have received items from same state same ordering time frame.

Generous sizing, extremely warm and super soft to the touch! Love the huge pocket for snacks and the elasticised wrist to keep all the warm air in! Definitely recommend to anyone who is sitting on the fence about purchasing:)
