Great support and service
I hosted myself a Virtual Server, after purchase the server did not start for any reason. So I created a Ticket and got instant help. They took care of almost everything, I only had to buy a new server (got credits from them refunded first) and cancel my old one. That's it, everything was working.
Also I had questions for the Firewall system, I got instant reply and good explanation. Love it.

I've been using their VPS Plan and Let me say, All I did was add a few firewall rules and their DDoS Protection works like a charm, It's blocked several L7 Attacks and Regular Network Level L3 and L4 attacks
I've had 0 downtime with them and their support though at some times may take an hour, have continued to show their passion for the brand.
