Avoid. Sadly our Toilet broke. Needed a new one. Went on B&Q website. Ordered a toilet . Had delivery date of 27-28 of April '26. Only to be notified of now another date of delivery. Not very reliable but also shame on B&Q for using bad companies like this, as it gives them a bad name
Bought a shower screen from them via b&q and the fixing and seals are such poor quality that it leaks and floods the outside of the bathroom just from the water that drips down the screen. Contacted them and this was their response
The screens are not designed to have water sprayed at them directly
The screens are intended to deflect water droplets back into the bath/shower tray
They are not designed to be used as a watertight barrier for a direct and constant stream of water.
Basically acknowledging their products aren’t fit for what they advertise them as and are now ignoring me
I’m having problems with this company sent the wrong items struggling to get it sorted so I’ve got no bathroom after weeks don’t go through B&Q service is shocking
I bought a single bowl Belfast sink and strainer waste via B&Q. It arrived on the 8th of April with missing underwater bolts(screw). I informed them and they said they would send a replacement. 3 weeks without receiving anything. Contacted them again they said its out of stock. I need to wait until 18th of June. Shocking.
3 items ordered 1100mm vanity sink toilet combi unit all came damaged, asked for a replacement of all 3 items and only replaced 1. That came damaged, asked for a further replacement of 3 x items, delivered with yet again all items damaged (which is a quality control issue not delivery damage as the items were of poor quality and damaged prior to packing and shipping). Still awaiting collection of 7 boxes to either issue replacement or refund. Would not use again through B&Q or direct. Poor manufacturing & Quality.
Upon closer inspection, it appears that all three reviews are fake. The reviewers have failed to provide any details about the product they purchased or what sets KuCu's product and service apart from others. A review should not simply consist of a single sentence akin to that of a toddler. Rather, it should detail the reviewer's entire experience from ordering to receiving and utilizing the product, as well as some comparisons to other suppliers or reasons for satisfaction.
