The best thing I ever did!

My 6 months on the program were…

My 6 months on the program were amazing. Katie is a great trainer and so supportive, as were the rest of the group in the chats.
I'm really happy with what I was able to achieve in my time on the program and would not have been able to do it without the support, not just with the physical exercises but in all aspects of health.
Great program and would highly recommend for anyone struggling to get that consistency

Highly recommend B2B - 3 stone off and counting


I joined the B2B program back in November because I wanted to take control of my life—especially my health and find some work-life balance. Prioritising me was long overdue.

The program really worked for me, particularly because of its flexible, online format. With my busy lifestyle, having to meet a personal trainer at set times just wouldn’t have been realistic, it would have led to cancellation and in turn feeling even more responsibility. Being able to follow the plan on my own schedule made it so much more manageable and sustainable.

Initially, my goal was to lose a bit of weight before a holiday, but I’ve come back from that holiday with a completely different mindset. Over the past six months following the B2B program I’ve had more energy, I feel fitter, stronger, and I’m moving more than ever. And to top it off—I’ve lost just shy of three stone in weight, which is more than I ever imagined.

This journey is far from over for me, but now I truly believe it’s now a lifestyle change. I feel more confident in myself and excited about my future.

A huge thank you to KT and her team for the support, encouragement, and for holding me accountable when I needed it. Your advice and motivation made all the difference.

I’d recommend Break the Build to people wanting to make a real change. And honestly—it costs less than a couple of nights out a month. Totally worth it.

You changed my life

I can’t express enough how transformative the B2B program has been for me, both physically and mentally. From the very first session, I felt a positive shift in my energy levels, and over time, I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. But what truly sets this program apart is its focus on mental well-being. The guidance and coaching I’ve received have not only helped me develop a stronger body, but also a more resilient and focused mind. B2B making changes for the long term

The B2B programme has been great for me. I have struggled for years with sticking to a fitness programme. KT and the team helped with changing my mindset. Enabling me to let go of the “failures” and celebrate the wins. I have been more consistent and routine has helped me stay focused

I have just finished my 6 month program…

I have just finished my 6 month program with B2B and I can honestly say it was the best program I have been on! KT is an amazing coach who is there to help and advise! Even when i injured my ankle and couldn’t make it to the gym my plan was adapted so I could continue to work out at home!

If anyone is looking for an online coach I highly recommend joining KT and her B2B program.

Do ittttttt. 💪🏼

The algorithms did me a solid with KT & the B2B programme. I held back for months, followed ‘gymfluencers’ galore on socials & then stumbled over our KT.. watched all the selfless freebies she offers on TikTok, emails & the ‘gram & the unfiltered honesty was something I immediately connected with.

KT is knowledgable, honest, upfront, supportive & most importantly to me, understanding. I have a hectic lifestyle & stressful job so KT made sure the B2B plan worked around me & not the other way around, as is often the case with other coaches.

The addition of Nutrition Chef Cath & Mindset Coach Ela meant I felt supported from all angles and the team events, meetings & chats were just so invaluable.

The B2B tribe is something I’m incredibly proud to have been a part of & KT has bread this culture & group into something life-changing.

If you’re already thinking about it, you should just go do it. 👊🏼

An Amazing Experience

I was lucky enough to win a free trial with the B2B. This was such a positive experience for me and Katie and Vicky are a huge part of that. I felt Welcome and included from day one. I was in a positive space and was able to openly contribute rather than just sit back and take direction. The built the programme around my needs and I’ve go to say it was a fantastic experience, I’ve never felt as physically and mentally strong. Katie and Vicky are always on hand to give advice and help you problem solve. I felt like I could be my truest self with them.
If your on the fence about weather or not to go with B2B don’t be, it will be the best decision you make for yourself.

Say hello to the new you

I can't thank KT and the break to Build program more than enough, also a massive shout out to Vic and the rest of the gang!

It has genuinely changed my mindset for the better, 12 months ago I went from someone who absolutely despised the gym to someone who found it as a way to fuel my negative energy into positive energy to set myself up for the day.

Not only that the programme has given me the tools to find the person I've longed to be for so long and say goodbye to the unhappy me.

If you're looking for great banter, down to earth and realistic targets. I would encourage you to give this ago!

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE …

I stumbled across this programme on social media and was hooked by the unfiltered honesty and advice I was hearing which all seemed to be aimed at how I was feeling in all aspects of my life at that time. Then to also found out it was focused around the LGBT community I knew that if anywhere this is where I could be myself and progress with like minded people.
It took me weeks to realise I needed some help to try and dig myself out of the whole a sudden breakup had stuck me in!
I reached out to KT and her team and straight away regretted it if I am honest as I was sceptical about how the programme could help me BUT KT responded straight away and we went through the basics of why I wanted to join the programme and made me feel welcomed and comfortable instantly it was liked it just clicked and just hearing her say that she felt we could work through these feelings and I wasn’t alone was massive for me during that time and the rest is history after that!
I am happy to just put this out there KT and her B2B team have CHANGED MY LIFE and you may think that’s exaggerated but you won’t find anyone on this team who wouldn’t agree.
KT treats you like a human and not a number and although I am her client she goes above and beyond night and day to make sure you’re supported with all the help and guidance you need.
I ve been on the programme for 2 months and it’s true “time flys by when you’re having fun” In those 2 months KT and her team have reminded me that I COME FIRST which is something that I ve never done and always felt guilty about it.
This NEW ME that is forming everyday is all down to this programme and how it does get you to work on a healthier and happier mindset, once that starts forming the rest becomes natural.
I am smashing the gym week in week out and feeling physically and mentally stronger than ever before and I can’t wait to see how I progress in the next 4 months!
The big thing that friends and family comment on is NOW how positive I sound about what my future may hold and that I am taking the much needed steps to focus of me day in day out.

The B2B community that KT has established is a force to be reckoned with 💪🏻 it’s nice to be able to share experiences and ups and downs with the community and obviously have unreal amounts of banter and just feel included within the team.

What else could I say about KT and her B2B team other then don’t be like me and wait weeks this will be the best and easiest decision you will ever make.

What are you waiting for? Just do it…

This programme, where do I start? I signed up at the turn of this year with bad coping strategies, what I thought was a healthy gym routine and poor health (something I just wouldn’t admit to myself). However KT slid into my DM’s, not as a PT as a curious woman building friendships with others, it was me who found myself asking the typical questions to a PT being skeptical about committing to something. KT was always willing to listen and advise, not once did she try and sell me something, she was just a kind hearted human being. She acknowledged something in me that not even the closest of people in my life could, if that wasn’t a sign then I don’t know what was to sign up to what she had to offer, the B2B programme. 27th January 2023 was the day my life changed, physically and mentally. KT has changed every aspect of my life, to getting me quite literally out of every bit of clothing I own, to helping me find positive coping mechanisms, educating me about my food choices, allowing me to learn and fall in love with the gym all over again and finally giving me the confidence I totally lost. KT and her amazing team cover every single aspect of your life and no stone goes unturned. Yes she gets you loosing weight, yes she WILL get you out your clothes but for me those are the little wins, the big win is she’s allowed me to grow into a better person in EVERYWAY possible, unlocking potential in me that I never knew I had. If you aren’t willing to listen and trust the process it isn’t for you, but take from me that you just need to speak with her, find out that she can help you and go with it. She’s taken every bit of crap I’ve thrown her way, the tantrums, moans the lot and guess what? She keeps me battling to get bigger and better. THERE IS NO PRICE ON YOUR LIFE! We are only here once and that ladies and gentleman means we deserve to be the best person we can be. If you want that, KT and her amazing team is how you can achieve it, much like me. DO IT

If you’re questioning whether to join the programme or not, take the leap of faith. I promise you it will not be a decision you will regret. As someone with a massive sporting background I wasn’t particularly looking for support in the gym or around my nutrition, what I needed was mindset training and to establish healthy habits and routines. My god has KT given me that and more. I have gone from someone who relied on caffeine to having one coffee a day. I have solid morning and nighttime routines for the first time in my life and my energy levels have doubled ten fold. For someone who’s mental health got the better of them at times I can’t thank KT and her programme enough. You’ll get all the support you need from her and the team. I’ll leave this review with the sentence that made me take that leap: ‘KT will be the last PT you will ever need to work with’.

The Build to break programme is unreal

The Build to break programme is unreal, it is more than just a programme. This is a lifestyle change, B2B changes your thought process. You implement the changes and tools into the rest of your life and NOT just in the gym. Katie runs loads of webinars that help you really change your life as well as help you build a fully tailored gym programme or other workout programme if the gym is not for you. Katie will help work with you and cheer you on even on the days you're not able to cheer yourself on. She will remind you to slow down and take in life as well as help you go all guns blazing when you need too. I joined after I had health issues and didn't think I could get back to the gym let alone how. I am slowly getting back to the gym but Katie taught me all paths lead to the same goal, it may not have been the path I started on or thought I'd take but I will get to my goal.

More than just a programme

I was a part of B2B for the best part of 6 months last year. Put simply, it was life changing; the things I learnt are now a part of my day to day life, for the better. It’s more than just a gym plan, KT provides you with tools to help your well-being and confidence, or tailors the programme to your needs and interests. I’ve come so far since joining, and wouldn’t have been able to without it. I really can’t recommend the programme enough, she’ll be your biggest cheer leader, encouraging you to get stronger mentally and physically. I am SO grateful for everything it’s e given me!

You’re more than just a number to KT…

Before covid I was competing in strength games but I still needed to work on my mentality and drop weight. Covid hit and these issues were put under a microscope. I gained more weight and completely lost my confidence in myself. I had got to the point where I was struggling to make it through the day, I had no boundaries to protect myself in order to look after myself and I was miserable. Not sleeping, eating horrible and not training. B2B has completely turned my life around both inside and outside the gym. I’m the fittest I’ve been in years, I’m sleeping better and I’m managing my stress a lot better as well. I’ve had horrible experiences in the last with coaches where all they see is a number or a goal; but with KT she understands the person behind that goal and fully supports you. I couldn’t recommend B2B enough to anyone. Honestly, it worth it.

B2B review.

I'm not sure where to start really.. Right from the get go the support from you was amazing, I had a lot of mental barriers, and some physical obstacles in the way and you helped break those down and helped me get over those obstacles. It's never been a case of "just do this and you'll be fine" it was genuine care and compassion without beating around the bush. The time and consideration you've taken to plan my gym sessions to help me still be active but yet take pressure off my foot is amazing. I'm smashing my PBs left right and centre. My confidence in the gym is at a high, whereas I used to be scared of going. My mentality around life in general, not just losing weight, has completely changed. From our first video call through to today's I feel like a different person. I can't thank you enough for the opportunity to work with you. And the group chat... where can I start with those amazing people?! A literal family I never knew I needed, I found my tribe for sure!
There's a saying that goes something along the lines of "Nobody is coming to save you" etc... However, I disagree to some extent. Had it not been for you and the B2B I would have struggled to save myself from the route I was going back to. For that.. I'll forever be in your debt <3
