Could not cancel before shipping the…
Could not cancel before shipping the delivery. Also the shoes are half a size short for the brand. And that is why I wanted to avoid this risk and cancel. When it arrived it was confirmed that it was short. The customer service could not stop the shipping in spite the shipping took hours to ship and I cancelled in the same hour I ordered (and I took sometime because there is no place to cancel...weel visibile...in spite of it saying you can cancel...I had to search the website)!!

Poor quality of shoes and no customer service
I do not recommend buying anything from this shop.
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes in January (order number KSEU-50285). The shoes arrived with a defect, so I had to return them immediately without ever using them. If they had not been defective, I would have kept them.
However, customers are required to pay a return fee for all items, even those with obvious defects. Since the quality was not acceptable and I could not use the shoes on the court, I had no choice but to send them back.
I returned the shoes on January 30. On February 5, K-Swiss sent an automatic confirmation that they had received my package. In the same message, they promised a refund within 5–10 business days. Since then, I have not heard anything from K-Swiss, even though I have sent an email politely requesting an update and reimbursement of the return shipping cost.
To summarize:
1. I received poor-quality shoes.
2. I had to pay the return fee despite the defect.
3. K-Swiss has not kept their promise to issue the refund.

Great shoes, delayed delivery
The product (tennis shoes) were absolutely perfect, however the delivery process can be improved. Order was confirmed 1st of December 2025, shoes arrived at early January 2026 (without the socks mentioned in the promotional activity). This left me with zero options in returning goods (i.e. in case of damages in products) since kSwiss return window is 30 days. Since this was perhaps due to delayed delivery from the courier company, my suggestion is, when shipping goods in Greece to change your courier business partner to a more reliable one.
