They Are SO evil

They Are SO evil . They Spy on Others by Trading on Phoens , Also they resell 2hand as new and put a label thats its new , also for some they dmg the prodect so they lose warrnity. be careful those are scamers

KSP’s customer service is an absolute…

KSP’s customer service is an absolute failure. The incompetence, apathy, and lack of basic professionalism are astonishing. It’s painfully obvious that the company does not invest in hiring or training people who are capable of handling customer inquiries—or who care at all. This level of service is disgraceful and reflects a company that has no respect for its customers.

A complete absence of accountability and professionalism. Customers are ignored, problems go unresolved, and communication is handled with indifference at best. This is not a minor failure—it’s a systemic one.

Oredered something to pick up my self…

Oredered something to pick up my self (I wanna save time and money) after my order was ready I'm requested to pick a specific time to pick it up. Terrible hours for a working person, and the soonest I could book is 4 days later. That's beyond embarrasing. I won't be purchasing anymore. Still waisting my time.. I remember when they were leaders, not anymore 👎

Items did not arrive, no support

I ordered some computer accessories and arrival was supposed to be up to 10 days, despite me residing in Tel Aviv. After 2 weeks i reached out via WhatsApp a few times and it took them 3 days to reply and say they apologize but the items were not even packaged yet, thus an arrival date is not even known. After 3 weeks i was forced to cancel and order elsewhere.

Terrible customer support, no shipment

Ordered some computer cables. Shipping mentioned 1-10 business days. After 12 business days contacted them on whatsapp, email. No response.
There is no way to talk to a human. When they were small shipping was fast. They grew and they are completely disconnected. Stay away unless you enjoy waiting weeks for shipment with no way to talk to anyone.

If you want to go mad, use KSP

I have been to hell and back trying to get hold of this company. They are totally disconnected from customers. You cannot, for love or money, get hold of a human being and the set-up on the website is so hostile to any form of service ethic that I've spent hours waiting for any kind of response. You cannot even cancel the order in a straightforward, civilized way. Their stores look like third world holes in the wall. Such businesses do not deserve your money.

I bought a built in oven Electrolux from KSP and turned out it doesn't heat up , called for a technician since 20 days still waiting for someone to pay me a visit to confirm it doesn't work and replace it !!!!!

This is Israel's top electronics and…

This is Israel's top electronics and tech retailers! There are many reasons for that, but if I need to point out a few, those will be the following:
1. They have a fantastic selection of everything from computers and smartphones to home appliances.
2. The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed.
3. Plus, the prices were pretty competitive!
If you're looking for quality tech products, this place is definitely worth a visit!
Highly recommend! 👍

KSP customer service

I have been a loyal customer of the store since its opening, but unfortunately, I experienced disappointment with the service following a purchase I made.
I purchased a BOSCH meat grinder intended for grinding meat, and after just the first use, the internal part broke during operation.

I contacted customer service and was told that there is no warranty for a broken part. It has not yet been 14 days since the purchase, and the device was used only once.

I bought a laptop through KSP

I bought a laptop through KSP, the next day when they try to install Windows it is not possible, I took it to KSP Beersheva and they can't either, I ask to change the equipment and they tell me there is none, I ask for a refund and they say They will deduct 20% of my money. And if I order another device I still lose 10% for the bad device they sold me.

Worst service, very disappointed

I’ve been a loyal KSP customer for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When a product I purchased broke down, I expected a quick and efficient resolution. Instead, I faced a month-long delay, poor communication, and conflicting information. After being promised a replacement, I arrived at the branch only to be told it wasn’t approved. Meanwhile, I’ve been left without my equipment for nearly a month.

KSP, your service is unacceptable, and the 14-business-day policy is a nightmare for customers. I expected much better from a company of your stature.

Was a loyal customer for over 10 years…

Was a loyal customer for over 10 years but they decided to loose my business over 170₪, left me feeling bad so I'm never buying here again.
Worst customer support I have ever received, like talking to a robot.

Worst Service

I ordered a product that was to be delivered in 5-7 days. After day 7 I messaged them asking about the status and they said they tried to deliver it and I can pick it up if I want to. I said they should deliver it again. 3 days later I get a call from a delivery guy asking where I live. When I told him where I'm located he said that is not in his delivery area and he will drop the package back off. I have tried contacting them through phone email and chat and have not received any response. My purchase was over 1500 shekel and I plan to decline the credit card payment.
