Wrote KS Licht (both via website form and personal mail addresses) a full 6 times over the course of weeks before I got a reply which only answered part of my questions regarding a substantial order.
Also, it seems they can't be bothered to provide their customers with tracking numbers for all parcels of an order. And these arrived with over a week between them.
I will not be returning!
