I deposited $5,000 USD into Solana (SOL) on Kryptonim, expecting nothing but a normal crypto exchange purchase—nothing resembling gambling or a highly risky activity. Yet, despite Kryptonim stating that it typically takes 2–20 minutes to exchange funds via their platform, I could not access the funds after I deposited them for over 17 hours with no explanation. The responses I received from support were generic, contradictory, and never pinpointed the actual issue with my transaction or provided any estimated time for its completion. After stating they would “check” on it, support did not bother to respond. Yet what is most unsettling is the total lack of information I was provided in the process about what happened to my funds or the status of my transaction. After this wait, I also consulted other reviews and was dismayed to read of many others who had encountered the same long wait times and vague responses from the so-called support team. This experience leads me to recommend against Kryptonim to anyone who seeks reliability or transparency for their crypto purchase process.

Stay away from them! they are just like the plague! this site is involved in money laundering for casinos without a license! especially in the UK! I had three transactions made from my account to them I asked for a refund I sent them the proof of the payments that were made from my account to them! I specified that I did not buy cryptocurrencies from them and I do not have an account with them! and I did not play at the casino! communication with them takes a long time until they respond to email etc. they are very time consuming nothing else I have already reported to the bank as fraud!

Kryptonim supports unregulated offshore…
Kryptonim supports unregulated offshore casinos.
They accept payments going to offshore online casinos, so when you think the casino is taking your funds, it’s actually being redirected to someone’s Kryptonim account and buying some sort of crypto. Kryptonim is a fault with these AML/KYC concerning practices.
I sincerely hope they are refunding people for these transactions. If I do not receive a refund for the funds that were taken, I will be disputing them with my bank and reporting Kryptonim to the proper EU authorities.

Dear Kryptonim Support Team,
I am writing to formally request a full refund of £1,700, which was processed through your platform without my informed consent regarding the nature of the transaction.
I recently discovered that my funds were transferred through Kryptonim to what I later learned was an illegally operating offshore casino targeting UK residents. At the time of the transaction, I had no knowledge that the merchant receiving my payment was connected to an unlawful gambling operation, nor that your services were being used in this manner.
Your own terms prohibit gambling-related transactions, yet the payment was nevertheless processed. I was surprised and deeply concerned that, after raising this issue, I did not receive meaningful assistance or any indication of a substantive investigation. The response I received left me without support, despite the transaction clearly involving an operator acting outside UK regulations.
Given:
• that the transaction was processed in apparent contradiction to your stated policies,
• that the receiving party was operating unlawfully under UK law,
• and that I was not made aware that your system was being used in this way,
I am requesting the immediate reimbursement of £1,700 back to my original payment method.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I am prepared to provide any additional documentation you may require, and I expect a clear outline of the steps you will take to resolve this situation promptly. If necessary, I am ready to escalate the matter to my bank, relevant consumer-protection authorities, and regulatory bodies responsible for financial services operating in the UK.
