Our printer was delivered broken
Our printer was delivered broken. We were told KRUU would print our pictures and send them to us but I haven't received a response to my email when I contracted customer support.

We’re really sorry this happened, especially on a day that was meant to be memorable and fun. A broken printer at delivery is already frustrating, and then being left waiting for support on top of that is not the experience you should have had.
You absolutely should have received a timely response and clear next steps for getting your photos printed and delivered. If that hasn’t happened yet, that’s a serious gap in support follow-through, and it needs to be addressed.

Perfect for our Quincenera
We ordered the KRUU photo booth for our daughter's Quincenera and it was a huge hit! The kids loved it and it was easy for them to use. There were 40 kids and we didn't run out of photo paper.
The customizable design for the printed photos was a nice touch and I loved having access to all the digital pictures. It was easy to set up and return the camera. I was very happy with KRUU and would definitely use it again.

This was the BEST decision!
This was the BEST decision and so worth the money. I read previous reviews, some that indicated they had equipment issues so I was really worried because I am non technical. There are countless things that tell you to set it up before to make sure it’s all working BEFORE your event, it’s super easy set up (even I can do it) plus the 1-800 help number is posted everywhere!! This is sooo fun, so easy and it worked so well! Plenty of photo paper and ink!! The only thing that I did not catch, and not that it was a huge deal, but I assumed the “digital” would be available on the spot, but it actually takes a few days to be able to get them; not a complaint, just an observation. I will be back to order the booth again and again and I will recommend it to all my friends! Thank you KRUU!

The Photo Booth arrived on time. The instructions were clear, and it was easy to set up. I did not have any issues with the printer. It printed pictures quickly, and they were good quality. I loved that you can change the layout and play with the different sizes. Our guests enjoyed the Photo Booth and had fun. What a cool idea. I highly recommend.

The Photo Booth arrived four days before the event. Everything worked fine the hell to videos that were on the website where exactly what was needed. The only drawback I can see is that you must get the Photo Booth to UPS by noon the next day after the event. this can be tricky if you had a good time at your event!
