Very high invoice for just coming and doing no work yet..

They were rapid and professional in coming and checking the problem and suggesting a repair. They were also quite fast in sending a quotation for the suggested work in line with what discussed.

However, in addition to the quotation, they also sent an invoice of 1300 dk, although they did not do any reparation or work yet.
Paying 1300 dkk just for coming and sending a quotation is simply a too high fee, in my opinion, especially considering that, when I called them, they did not mention I should pay such minimum price just for the call.
