The website won't let me pay for an order. I guess they don't want my business. No response to questions, and no instructions on how to pay.

Mark provided exceptional customer service.
Having managed a customer service center for a bank, I set the bar pretty high for service. Mark was very professional, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I wish all of my customer experiences were as pleasant.

My original order had been delayed so the customer service rep sent another shipment. I received that order within a few days, just like she said I would. Then I received the original order today. I notified Krosiny that I had received a second purse and had not paid for it. The customer service rep told me to keep the second purse as their gift to me!! No charge!! I have never had this type of service before. My head is still spinning (in a good way 😃). Also, the quality of the purse is excellent! Very pretty, just like the picture, and very well made. I will be a life long customer of Krosiny, without a doubt!! Thank you Mark and Krosiny!! God bless!!

Fast shipping! Got my purse in the mail it’s a good quality! I thought it would have been a little bigger, i asked for a refund and received one. The company let me keep the purse as well! Great customer service!

Can't say enough great things about Krosiny -- especially it's Customer Service. I had the pleasure of working with Eloiza. She was courteous, professional, and took the time to find out what the problem was and immediately took care of everything for me.

I ordered a purse from this company.I waited and waited .I got in touch with customer service who couldn’t track the tracking.Immediately I was refunded my money.Customer Service is wonderful.Well today the purse did show up.I contacted them again to see what I needed to do since I already purchased a new purse.They said it was a gift from them.No Worries.Not to send it back.Now that’s a Great Company.I would order again.

I have ordered a couple of things from Krosiny. One was a purse, which I love, and will probably order more of their purses. The second thing I ordered was a watch, which I did not love so much. Nothing was wrong with it, just when I got it, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. So I emailed Krosiny customer service and asked what I needed to do to return it. They answered the next day, told me that I would immediately receive a refund, and that I did not have to return the watch, just to keep it as their gift and perhaps someone else could use it. What company ever does that??? What a great company to do business with! My refund was processed the same day. I will definitely be ordering from them again. They deliver what you ordered quickly and respond immediately if there is a problem. Can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend this company.

I am a new customer here. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and four watches from TECHNIGADGETS. All the products came as I expected. Well packaged and of good quality. Their support base through the chat is very supportive. I would like to say one would never regret buying from them because from my experience their customers means a lot to them. I would love to buy from them again at any given time.

I have only glowing reviews for this company. Even though I had some difficulties applying a discount code, they went out of their way to make my experience great. Through chat, they quickly applied my discount and resolved my concern. Their products are so beautiful and beautifully packaged. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of the polarized lens sunglasses. I received an email the next day informing me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could ship. They asked if I would like to wait or be refunded. Because of issues with my eyes and needing sunglasses quickly I opted for the refund. I received it within minutes. The customer service was top-notch. I will definitely order again soon.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered 3 purses for gifts.
I received 3 purses. I didnt open them because they were packaged so nice.
Then, I got an email that one of my purses was being shipped later. I was confused. I already had 3 purses. So, I opened up the small one and it was black. I didnt order a black purse. "I got someone else's order" I thought. I contacted customer service and was informed that it was their gift to me for being a loyal customer. I was floored.
Wow!!!
I will definitely be ordering from this company again for Christmas gifts.
