I am still waiting for my Pre-order

I am still waiting for my Pre-order for almost an entire year (25th June 2025). I wrote them multiple questions. I didnt get any respons wether it will be shipped or if I can get my money back. Since half a year passed already, I cant even get my money back from PayPal. Dont buy here, you will be scammed.

Hugely disappointing

Placed an order in November 2024. No updates on the order until I contacted them in June 2025. I was told about the issues with a family member and also told the items would be delivered around the end of June. I thanked them for the update and wished them all the best with the situation around their family.
Cut to November and still no items. I've spent the last 3 weeks emailing trying to get a refund and all emails have been ignored. Looking like I've been scammed.

Do not buy from here.

Avoid at all costs. i ordered a wicked funko pop on preorder with them in DECEMBER 2024 and it’s now August 2025 and i still haven’t received my order nor have i received any kind of update and whenever i email them they take forever to respond. i took into condsideration that they’re experiencing a family emergency but i did see a social media post saying that they dealt with it and were back to business as usual. i will be disputing the transaction with my bank because this company is terrible “2025 tbc” is NOT good enough. do not sell products that you aren’t even sure if you’re able to get ahold of them. ridiculous.

Your order from December 2024 was for an item clearly marked "ETA: 2025 (TBC)" on our website, along with a note that delays may occur due to importing from abroad. This particular Funko 2-pack was released earlier in limited numbers, and we’ve been chasing a restock since — but unfortunately, Funko’s updates have remained vague, with only a broad 2025 estimate provided. That uncertainty has made it difficult for us to give accurate timeframes.

We also want to acknowledge your point about response delays — you’re absolutely right to expect timely communication. We've been dealing with a serious family health situation, which impacted our response times for a while. Things are more stable now, though due to ongoing care duties, replies may not always be instant — but every message is seen and responded to, and we deeply appreciate the understanding from many of our customers during this time.

That said, we completely understand if you no longer wish to wait. As requested, we’ll process a full refund — no need to go through your bank. We’re sorry this didn’t work out as hoped and wish you all the best going forward.

There was an order for the my-Melody…

There was an order for the my-Melody sleepover Funko Pop since 2023 that I never got. I contacted back then to see the issues-which was apparently they had stocking up difficulties, I told them it was fine for me to wait-as I didn’t mind. I contacted another few times and recently to get updates-but I never got any updates on this pre-order, and it’s been 2 years. I just would like to get my refund but they’ve not responded back to me-they are usually very kind and professional and most orders i received except this one.

Ordered 3 items in August 2024 all pre orders. Got one in November 24, second one could not be fulfilled and recieved a refund and the final item arrived 10 months after initial purchase in august and all money was taken on the day of purchase. Email 2/3 times during the wait for my goods and only was replied to after the third email. 10 months is a joke to have to wait so avoid if you can purchase elsewhere.

Just to clarify for others reading:
All of your orders were clearly marked as pre-orders, and each one included a note that delays are possible, which is unfortunately common with Funko releases, especially those imported from the U.S. The item that took 10 months was a highly limited release, and delays were entirely out of our control.

We also have automatic email replies explaining the current delays due to a serious illness in the family, which has resulted in full-time care duties. This is also stated on our website.

You were always welcome to request a cancellation and refund at any time, and we would have gladly honoured that — just as we did for one of your items.

We’re a small team doing our best in difficult circumstances, and while we appreciate it took multiple emails for a reply, we are actively working to improve this. We’re sorry you didn’t have a better experience and thank you for your patience.

Pre ordered the flocked sonic pop. Never heard of the company before. But thought I would give them a try, as exclusives are hard to come by! And boy did they deliver packaging was very good and the pop arrived in great condition.
