My first purchase was not of acceptable quality. Kristofsx immediately refunded my purchase and a few days later sent me a legible copy and refused my offer to pay.

I bought a service manual previously from KTM that came on a disc and had nothing but trouble trying to get it to load on a MacBook. I had no problems downloading the manual off kristofsx.com, well worth the 10 bucks!!! Thank you
