Brad and Kieran were quick, efficient and skilful fitters. Very professional job.

Friendly knowledgeable service from the Galashiels branch, straight forward reliable process for looking at samples and arranging measuring/fitting service. They advised on the correct underlay for a painted concrete floor and different options for the laying pattern. We are really pleased with our new Amtico first flooring (dried willow) it’s beautiful. Will definitely be using this company again for flooring as we have had no issues at all.

Excellent service from a friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. I have bought numerous carpets and vinyl over the years and Lawrie Neilson always goes above and beyond to meet your requirements. The carpet fitting team lead by Alan do a professional job of laying the carpets and make sure the rooms are tidy and you are happy with the job before leaving.

Very happy with my new bedroom and stair carpets. From ordering to being laid it was a smooth process with no delays. And thanks to the guys who fitted it, very helpful and tidied everything before they left... would recommend and use again.

Excellent choice of all types of flooring, knowledgeable staff, speedy service and excellent fitting for both hard wood & carpet.

After having a carpet fitted by Brad and Keiran I noticed a few wrinkles. After phoning the shop Brad and Keiran came back to stretch the carpet. As before they were prompt and efficient and sorted the carpet with no hesitation. Would highly recommend this company and the fitters Brad & Keiran excellent job and afterservice

From the moment I walked into the shop in Galashiels - with only the haziest idea of what I might require - I was offered the most wonderfully professional care and support.
